Holiday houses in Murtede

De vakantiewoning van Margarida is een prachtig verblijf in Portugal in het kleine dorpje Alagoa tussen Aveiro en Viseu. De woning troffen we perfect aan: deze was brandschoon en heeft veel ruimte, met veel voorzieningen voor een comfortabele vakantie. We werden gastvrij verwelkomd door Margarida. We hebben al veel ervaring met Airbnb, maar deze host is geweldig! Ze zorgde ervoor dat we steeds hout kregen voor de openhaard, verschoonde de lakens iedere week en gaf ons diverse tips om de prachtige omgeving te leren kennen. Tijdens een landelijke stroomstoring zorgde Miguel voor elektriciteit d.m.v. een generator. De omgeving van het huis is prachtig. Er zijn goede wandelmogeljkheden vanuit het huis. De steden Aveiro, Viseu, Coimbra en Porto zijn met de auto goed bereikbaar en waardevol om te bezoeken. Vanuit Viseu hebben we met de fiets de Ecopista Dão gereden. Onze eerste vakantie in Portugal zullen we niet gauw vergeten. Vooral door de goede zorgen van Margarida!

Belo fim-de-semana em familia. Ficamos na casa com 2 quartos e gostamos muito. A envolvência da natureza ajuda e várias vezes no caminho para a casa vimos veados. A Marisa é uma excelente anfitriã, sempre disponível e com bastante proactividade a prestar várias informações úteis. A sala / cozinha tem paredes em vidro com uma exposição excessiva a quem passa na rua, o que limita um pouco a privacidade. Claro que se pode fechar os cortinados, mas não proporciona o mesmo enquadramento na natureza.

We had a wonderful stay in Marta’s home! It was beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home! Marta was available and happy to answer any questions we had. She was proactive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. The area is gorgeous. Walkable and easy to explore. We hope to be able to come back one day!

Great location, somewhat remote, close to Vouzela. The proximity of Ecopista (walking/biking trail) is a big bonus: you can walk to nearby towns through beautiful nature, cute houses and vineyards. The co-host, Fatima, was very helpful with advice, suggestions and recommendations. The house itself is beautifully renovated and furnished, and very clean.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Confortable, propre, bien équipé et spacieux avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec une vue mer ce qui était très appréciable. Plage et supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds, le top ! Jorge et Beatriz ont été très réactifs lors de nos échanges, ce fut très agréable.

This was a really cute and nice place. It was as showed in the pictures, even a pooltable! The house is clean with a cozy fire place we used a lot because it was winter. The garden very beautiful and big. Though the outside area and pool is shared with another place on the same property, which was no problem for us but might should be taken into account. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for some peaceful time in nature.

So richtig herrlich wurde es, als es aufhörte zu regnen und wir auf der gemütlichen kleinen Terrasse frühstücken und im Schatten auf den Liegen stundenlang lesen konnten. Toller Blick auf den Stausee! Vielen Dank, Francisco! Auch für das Vitamin in Form von frischen Orangen und die bereitgestellte Saftpresse!
