Welcome to our newly renovated, 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom cottage. Our space sits incredibly close to our wonderful beach, and boasts beautiful lighting and a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. A fireplace sits center of the house, giving it an extra cozy feel, especially in winter. Included in the rental are 2 children’s sit on kayaks, 2 adult kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Spend the day picking sea glass from one of our beautiful beaches just a few minutes drive away. Go for a stroll, cycle or snowmobile on confederation trail which can be accessible less than a minute away. There are many historical lighthouses and museums, wineries, boat tours, deep sea fishing, clam digging, golf courses, restaurants and shopping all within a 30 minutes.

The Cozy Loft is located on the Montague River a very peaceful accommodations to sit back and relax or be a tourist. I am two kilometers from Montague,where their is a Sobey's and Superstore,two pubs (Copper Bottom and Bogside) ,hardware stores and restaurants etc. Montague has a beautiful waterfront and marina. The Confederation trail head is at the waterfront for walkers and cyclists. Brudenell golf course and Pammure Island beach is within twenty kilometers. Come and enjoy PEI!
