A spacious house, bright, well located, organized and with a well-equipped kitchen for basic meals. The pool area is arranged in the same way. Special note to the housekeeper, João Maria: calm, availability, promptness, attention and education. It's been a lovely day!

The house is located in the best stretch of the beach of Serrambi, which, to me, is the best in Pernambuco. It mixes the beach and farm styles with the comfort and convenience we expected. The host couple, Renata and Eraldo, were very attentive and helpful. We recommend it. It is worth knowing this accommodation.

My family and I like the house very much, it is just like the photos, comfortable rooms for a good night's sleep after the rides, the pool is a delight and it's cleaned every day. host Emílio and staff were very helpful in the doubts we had during the stay and still granted a check-out after hours at no cost due to a tour that we took a long time to arrive.

Wow! This house is truly “The House” to stay in! Our family enjoyed our time just right next to the beautiful beach, the amazing pools, incredible activities inside and outside the house. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are just a short drive away and when we wanted to just hang out and relax, the house supplies spacious living areas. You’ll have multiple options to eat inside to eat outside and we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is right there. We chose a half day cooking and cleaning help and it made our time even more enjoyable. I am hoping to visit Julio’s house again! Amazing house giving precious memories.

Very nice house, polite and helpful housekeeper, quiet nook for the whole family, my son loved it, very close to the beach. I took my pet and he loved it too. It has everything close, super market, bakery, fish market. Sure we'll come back more often.

I was very well attended by Alba/Diego. The place is very good. I stayed two months and I have nothing to complain about. It perfectly met my expectations. As it is an old beach house, it has a few small issues arising from this condition, but nothing that damages the experience. The house is very comfortable. The mattresses are new and good, the kitchen is well equipped, the pieces are wide and the furniture is quite comfortable. The location is very good. Wide and peaceful place. Great for those who want to rest. The photos are very true to the location. Lima, a professional who maintains the place, is a very friendly and considerate person. One point to highlight is the absence of mosquitoes. You can stay on the balcony, watching the sunset without being disturbed by unwanted bites. Anyway, I liked it and recommend it.

Simply amazing! The high resort port is amazing in every way. Eduardo is a great host, very attentive! always sending msg to know if everything was ok or if we needed something. Everything very clean, organized and fragrant. We are located at 305 and it has a beautiful view of the pool and you can see the sea too, which makes all the difference. I highly recommend and would come back millions of times!!

Very comfortable apartment, impeccable cleaning, very complete condominium and in good location for those who really want to enjoy without leaving the condominium, nor need the car to go to the beach, supermarket and has a small nearby villa with chapel, restaurant and ice cream shop.

If you want to travel as a couple with a child, this is the perfect place, don't even think about it, just come. Guys, the stay was so wonderful that I need to separate it into parts so as not to be unfair. To begin with, the loft: It is what the ad says, compact, but everything is very new, very tasteful decoration and everything working perfectly, well equipped and easy check-in and access. Then I want to talk about the condominium, it is new, less than a year and everything about it was designed with new ideas, from the guardhouse, reception, the pool so... it is a spectacle, employees were receptive, show. Now, it's getting long, I'm going to talk about two things that impressed me, contextualizing that I was taking my 18-month-old son with me. The nearest beach, Praia do Muro Alto, seems to have been made for children, it is a swimming pool with warm water. Finally, and already taking the opportunity to thank Mônia, this woman always responds quickly and is very helpful with requests and indications... friends, what an experience, I would do it again!

Since my arrival, I have been very well received by a friendly and attentive team. The room was spacious, well decorated, with a comfortable bed and everything was very clean. I highly recommend it for those seeking comfort, good service and a welcoming environment. I would definitely stay there again.
