Görkan’s house was an exceptionally comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including ample cutlery, plates, and a set of pots that looked brand new. The spacious layout made us feel right at home, and the peaceful surroundings ensured quiet nights. The bedding and mattresses were very comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly throughout our stay. Görkan’s team was attentive and responsive, providing helpful support from check-in to check-out and promptly answering any questions we had. Overall, we were very happy with our stay in Serik and would gladly return.

We had a great time at the villa. The strongest capability of the place is privacy and security. Our stay was nicely organized . So we could fully concentrate on spending time together. The entire house with a private pool was fully arranged for our group. In addition to that, the team organized a vehicle with a professional driver available during the entire stay. We could reach all surrounding beaches, cities, shops and other locations. In case of any issues or questions, the team was open to resolve it. Regarding the consumption fee. Please double check all the details with the host in advance. The process was fully transparent for us. I totally recommend the place. It is fully suitable for families with children. Ideal for big families. The only disadvantage was the unheated pool, but it’s only applicable for late autumn, when we stayed.

Very nice villa with an amazing pool and facilities. Location is good for visiting land of legends, Antalya old town and a few beaches, although you need transport. Ufuk from the complex was very helpful in giving us transport cheaper than regular taxis, he was very flexible and also gave us advice on where to visit.

The place was great and also matched as shown in pictures. It was clean and we had all the privacy. The only minus point I personally found that there were less good restaurants in the area and especially Belek restaurants were mainly aimed at tourists and not to eat.

Wow! We had an amazing stay in Spring 3 at Chris’s apartment. For starters, his communication with us right before we arrived up until we left was 10/10. His response time to any of our questions was immediate. He greeted us with a warm friendly welcome and we immediately felt at home. Chris’s apartment looked exactly like the photos and was super clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable too. The kitchen area and lovely and it has a flatscreen tv where we enjoyed the use of Disney plus. The balcony is really chilled and relaxing with a gorgeous view. We had a few personal issues ie - needed to print our boarding passes out which we wasn’t aware off and Chris very kindly printed them out and gave them to us when we checked out. He also gave us a lift to the supermarket when we arrived which was very generous of him. He is by far the loveliest host I’ve ever met on Airbnb and I will recommend him and his apartment to anyone considering coming here! 10/10, thank you so much Chris!

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway Seki cottage is an absolute gem. The location is ideal just a short 15 minute drive to shops, restaurants, and beaches. I would recommend hiring a car as you are in a remote village. The villa itself is spacious and immaculately clean with plenty of room to unwind and enjoy your time in comfort. The highlight of our stay was the private pool! We spent lots of time enjoying peaceful surroundings and making the most of the quiet atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit available from the orange, lemon and loquat trees. What set this stay apart was the host, Zehra went above and beyond by welcoming us with breakfast - such a thoughtful touch. She even made us a delicious homemade peach pie. She was very responsive to queries and offered great recommendations for local restaurants making it easy to discover the best places to eat. The stay overall exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning soon.

Everything was very clean and tidy, I recommend it to the future

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

Firat is a great host, the apartment was spacious and very clean, equipped with all the cooking equipment (oven, microwave, stove, etc.) and laundry, there were also beach towels. The host helped us with the airport transfer and to the airport, and we had a constant contact through the app. Apartment very close to the sea, close to private beaches where we rented sun loungers. Wonderful stay. I recommend staying in an apartment at Firata, this is our best vacation in Turkey so far. thank you :)

Thank you. Our stay was pleasant. It’s a nice neighbourhood, several Shops and Restaraunt’s. The beach is 10 minutes walk and half decent. The property and the swimming pool is well kept and is what it says in the description. Relaxed and Reenergised!!

Ramazan Bey is a friendly, caring person and focused on solving problems. Overall, we were happy with our trip. The house's location is quite close to the sea from an easy walkway. There is a sunny area on the beach for the location of the site. There is no lounge chair, we brought our folding director chair, it was no problem for us. The shower spiral was torn, and Mr. Ramadan took care of it right away and delivered a new one. Hot water is solar powered, there was always little pressure in the shower. Close to the house, Migros and many local grocery stores, you can easily get your needs. The beach and sand are quite nice, we preferred this side especially for kids. We saw a lot of plastic pollution in the sea this year for a few days, after a while it went down and disappeared. I hope the sea always stays beautiful.

Gokhan place was nice, but I think it was smaller than what has shown in photos, I mean the photos taken to show property larger and more spacious ! Gokhan team and company were respectful and responsible, available to communicate. they tried their best to resolve problems during our stay. the house was cleaned, well furnished and check-in process was easy.

Given there were so few reviews, I was hesitant to book this property, but I'm so glad I did! The villa, albeit roadside, is on a quiet road and a 2 minute walk to the main road running through Side. The location is excellent. We never had any bother with public transport finding the location. The property is surrounded by several supermarkets within a few minutes walk, but one just a few doors down to get the essentials, including fresh bread daily. The villa was a great size, but the pool was something else - so amazing. In our opinion, the villa was well equipped with everything you would need. The only thing missing for me was a hairdryer. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a washing machine, iron etc. Finally, the beds were really comfortable, and with shutters in every room, it meant that you could get a good sleep before the morning sun. The villa captured the sun all day long. Totally recommend, it was total bliss and would not hesitate to go again when in Side.

Kerim as Host and Ufuk as driver were very responsible and allways reachable. The house were as seen on the pictures, with a lot of space and a nice pool area. Belek town center is reachable in 5 minutes with car. Small supermarkets can be find directly out of the complex. The house was also very clean and in a good condition. The only two small downsides were that the house is the last in the row of the complex and therefore it can be from time to time a little bit loud bcz of the street next to the house, and that no basic utilities (salt, pepper, oil, washing powder) were available. in conclusion we fully recomment the house of Kerim and you can have an awesome time there

The house is very clean and as shown in the pictures and described in the description. On a positive note, the pool was taken care of every morning. In addition, the host was always available for any questions and responded very quickly. In addition, we had flexible options both at check-in and check-out. To add, the house is a little outside, but the place provides a driver who is very helpful, reliable and personable. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend the accommodation and come back again.
