Only 10mins drive from the City Center, 5 minutes drive 15 mins walk distance from the Nyarutarama with bars and restaurants. The golf course is at stone throwing distance. The studio is well finished, decorated and furnished as you can see on the pictures. Bills are included in the price: elec, water and internet. A smart TV is in the room. Subscription is not included. There is also an ensuite heated shower room.
