Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you would like to use) fire pit, or spend the evening in our cave bar. The apartment follows a traditional layout featuring an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting area, and bedroom with a double bed. This is a beautiful recently renovated courtyard cottage (adults only) offering luxury accommodation with beautiful views over the gardens, lake, pool and a lovely wooded valley, just a short drive from Clonakilty. It has been lovingly decorated to a very high standard. The courtyard is accessed by a beautiful archway. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (01 May-01 Oct) and a sauna & hot tub (01 Oct-01 May). Guests have access to the gardens for strolls and picnics and a tennis court.

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom.
