Old stone barn completely renovated. We have respected its rustic spirit by integrating it with a modern architectural design intervention and warm decoration. Take the opportunity to stay in a unique space and environment. Idyllic setting to disconnect from the city in a small village that is secluded but very close to the monumental town of Pedraza, which is a 3 km walk away. There are numerous hiking, cycling, and other activity trails in the surrounding area.

El Viejo Almacén, a place where we spent some unforgettable days in a charming setting, was already a reality when the Casa Rural El Viejo Almacén was established in the small, peaceful village of Losana de Pirón (Segovia). During my journey through the typical mountain pass of this Castilian plain, I came across a beautiful rustic estate dating back to 1900, meticulously decorated. All of this combined to create a unique, unforgettable, and truly special stay.

Welcome to our house in El Espinar, between Ávila, Segovia and Madrid, and very close to the most beautiful landscapes of the Sierra Norte. Recently renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for teleworking, spending a holiday or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.

Take the whole family to this fantastic house that has plenty of room to have fun. Less than an hour from Madrid or Ávila and 40 minutes from Segovia, you have beautiful villages such as Villa Castin, hiking trails and at home everything you need to relax or have fun. We have 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, plus a sofa bed. In addition, you have two full bathrooms, a dining room, a side table and an equipped kitchen.

We are located just 9 km from Ávila, near the Police School. We allow pets.

Our studio is located on the same plot as the main house, but has a separate entrance and garden for guests' exclusive use. We have renovated and decorated it so that you can enjoy absolute privacy and comfort.
