Holiday rentals with a patio in Municipality of Kobarid

Good apartment and responsive host.

Glad to come back! The space was clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. The kitchen was very well equipped. The terrace also nicely complements the accommodation. We lacked nothing. Sometimes a fan or the like hums from next door, but that didn't bother us. We didn't hear the street. Supermarkets are within walking distance and you can hike directly from the property.

Janez was a great host and the house was very nice and convenient. It's right next to the bus stop, a market shop, and an ATM. It's also only a 5 minute walk to the lake and to the boat that goes across the lake. Janez was very helpful and even delivered us e-bikes one day so we could explore the entire Bohinj area.

We enjoyed our stay in Bovec. The location of the apartment was perfect: central yet quiet area. The view of the countryside is wonderful. The apartment was clean and decorated with many loving details. The hosts were always quick to reach with questions. We would love to come back!

It was beautiful at Kaja's. The apartment is very pretty and stylishly designed. Everything clean. There is a beautifully designed outdoor area (with light, flowers and a few herb pots), where you can also sit somewhat weather-protected or in the meadow and enjoy a wide view. We were received very nicely, in the kitchen there was even a bottle of wine and homemade raspberry jam to welcome us and we even got freshly harvested tomatoes in the garden as a gift. Kaja is a very likeable host, always available, very flexible, helpful and even when we unfortunately caused a little damage in the kitchen, she reacted very kindly. We enjoyed it very much, we would like to come back.

Jerica is a kind, caring, responsive host. His tips helped us organize excursions. She was waiting for us with a welcome drink, she was flexible and friendly. The place is a little tricky to find, but it's just like the pictures. The stairs upstairs are steep, but can be climbed.

We have stayed in many apartments in the European Union. This time we were looking for something in Central Slovenia that would be a good starting point for excursions in all directions. We found the perfect apartment with Bev. The apartment is large and sunny, probably newly renovated in 2023. In the apartment we found everything we needed, even more than we expected, which is why we felt very comfortable and free there. We had good contact with the landlady, who responded very quickly to our emails. From our side, "1a," so five stars out of five possible. Christof Gaska

Wonderful stay! Everything was clean, the space was very welcoming, and had everything we needed. Peaceful area. Definitely recommend!

The apartament is located in a small village 20 minutes from bled, in the middle of the mountains. The hosts were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The apartment is big and has everything that you need, the kitchen has lots of utensils to use and also a dishwasher. There is also a parking space for the car. Definitely would come back and I would recommend it to friends and family.

If you are really looking for peace and quiet, you can find it in this place. No cars or other sounds except those of nature. We had the good fortune to see a really great starry sky.

This place is AMAZING! The location is incredible, watching the many moods of the adjacent river is entrancing. The home itself is spotless and every inclusion is carefully considered. We really enjoyed cooking in the super well appointed kitchen, and the hot tub was luxurious after a big walk around nearby lake Bohinj. We would have loved to have rented bikes to ride the lovely close path, but the weather had other ideas! Nataša is a kind and helpful host - highly recommend!

Andreja was always attentive. The washing machine broke down before we arrived and she quickly changed it so we could use it. There were 8 of us, which is the limit of the accommodation, and he prepared some folding beds so we could sleep. Obviously it is not the most comfortable option in general for sleeping, but that allowed us to be all the group of friends together in the same accommodation, so for our part we were delighted. We really enjoyed being able to use the barbecue. Thank you for everything!

We were very warmly welcomed by Tina, who gave a short explanation and many tips for the area. You feel that this is a house where they lived as a family, many authentic elements have been preserved, yet with the necessary new comforts (air conditioning hot/cold, oven, fridge..), there is a private parking space, coffee, herbs,.. We even got a Slovenian welcome wine and apple juice. The bathroom is not new but the shower is lovely and everything is super clean. We also used the washing machine (with free detergent). The road to the cottage itself goes through narrow curves and took some getting used to but once upstairs it was wonderful to stay. Plenty of fields to stroll in and also our four-legged friend was received super sweetly. Thanks for this authentic and enjoyable stay! 🫶🏻

Recently we have spent five days at this amazing accomodation. Everything was perfect. Vesna and her family were incredibly hospitable. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and were given some local cheese and a bottle of wine. Throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to assist us with selecting acitivities and even offered to drive us to and from our hike to Mount Rodica. The house was really clean and it has averything you need, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Perfect for an adventurous vacation or to relax. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful location in the valley with no other houses around (except the other apartment in the house). Vanja was an exceptional host, always helping us out and giving us helpful advice. Would definitely recommend it!

Fabulous spot close to the town center. Great views from the backyard as well. There is a laundry service very nearby which was very convenient too!

Mateja's place is highly recommended! Right below are supermarkets and a sports shop. It serves as a perfect starting point for excursions, both on foot and by car. The view from the deck is so beautiful. The apartment was super clean and nicely prepared, the kitchen offered everything you need (spices and oil were also there). Check-in via code was super easy and fast. If we are in the region again, we will book it again:)

Dorothy was a wondrous host, very responsive. The location is great for hikers and avaturists looking to explore the surroundings of Soča.

Matija's place is just as described and the views and location even more beautiful. The apartment is in very good condition and felt just like home within a matter of hours. The jacuzzi bath is great! Matija was kind enough to let us check in early and very responsive with all communication. Sitting and looking out over the meadows, lake and mountains each morning was so special whatever the weather and we loved exploring the local hikes and places to eat. We saw amazing wildlife: chamois, golden eagles, roe deer and so many different birds from the living room. We had a great food at Gostilna Mihovoc and enjoyed the tasting menu at Restaurant Majerca too. We can't wait to be back!
