Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

The location of the house was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere in Marmaris. Mr. Gökhan responded quickly to the questions and allowed us to check in early. The furniture in the house was a bit old, but it was in usable condition. Only the laundry wire needs to be changed. It's a good place in terms of price/performance. You can stay safely.

Great host. Keys in lockbox for easy access. Left in peace. The place was very clean with AC in all rooms. Kitchen provided with everything needed to cook.

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

Overall, we were satisfied, we had a pleasant holiday with our dogs. Pros: The house is immaculate and well-maintained. The items are adequate and neat. The hosts who live upstairs are neat, nice people. The garden and balcony are very nice and pleasant, we were very comfortable with our dogs. Cons: It actually has a single negative side. Due to the elevation difference, you need to go up/down 40 steps from the garden door to the house. That pushes you when you're carrying the luggage. You take a 3-minute path to the sea, but there are also steps on this road. The steps in the house are added, although the path is short, it's challenging. Elderly and children may have serious difficulty.

The specified issues were completely correct, the terrace was very nice, the barbecue was left ready to use, we did not waste any time. We paid a lot of attention to hygiene and had no problems at home.

It was a very pleasant house. It was just 2 nights in the other apartments while we stayed, it was very comfortable. Since we are off-season, there is construction in the area, you are subject to their noises when you are at home. There are very good restaurants in a pleasant area of Sogut, we had a very, very nice 5 days as of the season, thank you very much.

The home was roomy and had everything we needed for our stay and remote work. The home is in a quaint village off the main highway, surrounded by farms. There is a nice swimming pool to cool off. You definitely need a car to get anywhere from the location. We enjoyed our stay.

Close to the airport, but when the doors and windows are closed, the sound is largely cut off. The house is prevented from being hot with the air conditioners in the house.

The location of the house is very close to the airport, and it is very easy to get to various bays by car. There are a lot of stairs when entering the house, but it was not a problem for us. The house was spotless, all the small and large appliances you may need are available in the house. (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, iron, kettle, broom, hair dryer). Mr. Kemal's communication and location were also very good. When he found the location of the house, he gave us information about the surrounding bays. She was extremely caring and solving in the slightest problem. If we go to Dalaman again, it will definitely be the first address we will look at 👍🏽

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Very nice and always available host. Mr. Cem has taken great care of our well-being. We felt like at home. We didn't mind the airplane noise from the airport next to it, was even rather interesting. The equipment of the apartment is new and nothing is superfluous. Would anyone who doesn't feel left out of the aircraft noise (when windows and doors are closed) would recommend the apartment. Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

The beach is a 20 min walk and the airport is a 10 min taxi ride away. I stayed for one night for a long layover and enjoyed the pool
