You will be able to relax in a cozy living room with balconies on the street while you rest on a comfortable 3-seater sofa. If you feel like a bit of relaxation, you have a smart TV, where you can connect to your account of any content platform. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need in case you decide to cook during your stay: refrigerator-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils. We have a hand mixer on request and depending on availability. For dining, there is a dining table and chairs. When it's time to rest, you have a bedroom with a 150x200cm double bed and the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable and convertible to 140x190cm bed. In addition, you can take the air in a small patio with exit from the room. Beads with a bathroom with a comfortable rainy shower, hair dryer, towels and soap, body soap and shampoo are put on by us. Please note: Some elements of the facility may vary slightly with respect to the photographs. - Under current regulations, we must communicate the personal information of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, when you confirm the reservation, we will send you the information to check in online, where you must provide your personal information before the day of arrival. Once you have completed your online check-in, you will receive an entry code for the outside door and another for your apartment. - Reservations of 3 apartments or more may be subject to special supplements and conditions. Payment of a security deposit will be requested at the time of booking. - For group bookings and/or on high occupancy dates, a deposit will be asked upon arrival for possible damages of €200 per apartment.
