great stay in this exceptional villa, very well-equipped spacious. The house has ceiling fans in each space (in addition to air conditioning) including on the terrace which is great! The cleanliness is impeccable. The pool is a plus with its hot tub area. The place is very quiet while being close to services and restaurants. The contact with the villa staff was just perfect with so much kindness. In short, we'll be happy to come back!

No, everything – from the pool maintenance to the garden – is proudly done by the owners. The villa is modern, stylish and offers all the comforts: a lockable garage (with remote control!), a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with good TV, and powerful airconditioners that cool off quickly. But the real eye-catcher is the **lighted terrace by the private pool/tropical garden** – in the evening an enchanting place for a drink or swim. There are three bedrooms: (two en suite, one with bathroom around the corner, ideal for guests). The location is perfect: restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

The place was super spacious for the 7 of us and had everything we needed. Really convenient location—only about a 10-minute drive to downtown. The host was super responsive and helpful too. Would totally book again!

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

We stayed for a month and had a great experience. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive and friendly. There was a minor AC leak in the living room, but it didn’t affect our stay. The pool in the condo was nice, and the location was just fine for our work-and-travel setup.

Great place to stay with amazing view. near town but not right in the noisy part. Well appointed and comfortable. perfect for family and couples and able to cook at home if your tired if eating out. Everything you need is there Christophe was a great host with advice and guidance. Just be mindful getting your luggage up to apartment was a little tricky. other than that perfect spot.

Fantastic location! Very quiet, yet convenient. Literally a 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach, food, shopping, restaurants, and more. Nice pools. This is a ground unit, so you have direct accost your room too

Great host, nice view and cool neighbours

It was great staying at Timothy's place - a 2 bedroom apt, clean, easy check in, good location. There's a nice cafe right downstairs in the building with good food and open late. Good Wifi. Communication was great and Timothy was flexible and accomodating when we had to book another night but didn't do it on time. Appreciate all communication and stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great place and hosting by Khun Natti and Mecha. Both are very helpful and responsive. Pleace was clean and spacious. Its great location if you want to spent quality time with family amd friends. Only 1 drawback as there is not many restaurants options around. And you should havr private vehicle to go around. But otheriwse it was fantastic experince and both Host amazingly nice and supportive ❤️

Great place to stay near Phuket festival

We spent 8 nights in the property and in the complex. We enjoyed the pool and the gym as well as the possibility to cook for ourselves. Unfortunately, in the apartment as well as in the residential complex itself, many things are very busy and broken, but still functional and absolutely usable.
