Holiday rentals with a patio in Mueang Phang-nga District

Yulia's place is stunning! It's exactly like the photos and exceptionally maintained. Yulia's communication was great, with advice on preordering groceries, and she arranged a cot which honestly was in better shape than almost every place I've stayed (incl many hotels), and she was super responsive about maintenance in the flat when there were a couple of niggles, and it helped that she had a local contact that could help out too. The location is amazing, the condo has a number of stunning pools, isnt far from the airport, and is right on a peaceful stretch of Mai Khao beach. There are a few good beachside eateries around, or you can head to one of the big hotels for food. It's all walkable or you can get a local taxi just outside the condo. NOTE: one thing we did miss was that there is a deposit that needs to be paid in CASH. It's not an insignificant amount so just make sure you bring enough - we didn't and there was no way to pay it via a transfer or similar.

Отличное место для спокойного отдыха. Закрытая территория, очень зелено, шикарные бассейны. Магазины и множество кафе в шаговой доступности, до пляжа идти минут 10. Апартаменты свежие, все необходимое есть, тихо и уютно. Огромное спасибо хозяйке за встречу и помощь во всех вопросах!

We stayed one month in this Airbnb. The apartment is modern like the building. It is a small apartment but it is well designed and you have everything for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, you can hear some noise as the apartment faces a busy street especially during the morning and evening. The apartment is very hot because gets the sun in the morning but the A/C works very well. The pool is very nice. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and it is located in Laguna, probably the best and well maintained area of Phuket. Nearby you have good restaurants. Communication with the host was perfect, very nice and always available. I would recommend due to the great location and because it is a modern apartment. If you stay for long time it may be a bit small.

Очень хорошее местоположение, пляж в 15 минутах ходьбы, также ездят автобусы похожие на тук-туки по территории, на них можно добраться до выхода или до пляжа гораздо быстрее. Квартира очень чистая и красивая, нам все понравилось. На крыше есть бассейн, вода очень чистая и немного соленая, глубина 1.2 метра

Благодарность Владу за квартиру! Жилье очень понравилось. Оказалось лучше, чем ожидала. В доме было все необходимое. Сама квартира чистая и уютная, с прекрасным видом. Комплекс новый, рядом очень красивый парк с птицами, белками. Утром в парке можно заниматься йогой. Район очень красивый. Единственный минус района, что мало ресторанов, магазинов, массажных салонов. Но в целом это не проблема- я ходила пешком 1,5 км, также есть бесплатный трансфер на котором можно доехать. До моря идти минут 7-10 через парк. Сам пляж понравился. С радостью вернусь сюда еще!

I just had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Phuket, hands down the best one I’ve ever experienced! The place was absolutely massive—spacious, beautifully designed, and just felt like a dream. The pool was a total highlight, perfect for relaxing or a refreshing dip anytime, and it was maintained so well. The location couldn’t have been better either—super convenient and close to everything I wanted to explore. Honestly, everything about this spot was amazing, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay in Phuket. Can’t wait to come back!

We were staying for the night and it was a perfect place for us to stay for the time frame we had as the airport is 5 mins away and the beach, shops, markets and massage places are all within a 20 min walking distance. Easy instructions and clean place

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen aufmerksam und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass sie sich sogar um einen Roller für uns gekümmert hat – das war eine große Hilfe. Ein weiteres Highlight war die süße schwarze Hauskatze, die uns jeden Tag herzlich begrüßt hat – wir haben sie richtig ins Herz geschlossen. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen, man muss sich nur bewusst sein das es etwas abgelegen liegt und man definitiv mobil sein muss , mit einem Roller klappt es super . Vielen Dank für alles! 🩷

Aufenthalt Mitte März. Flug mit Etihad, da auf dem Rückflug 2 kostenlose Übernachtungen in Abu Dhabi enthalten sind. (zu empfehlen, da Zwischenaufenthalt sehr lange). Tranfers über den Vermieter gebucht (2.800 THB), darin enthalten: Taxi zum Pier, Fähre, Taxi Unterkunft), absolut perfekt organisiert. Anlage besteht aus je 10 Villen in 3 Reihen (A,B,C), wobei die Nr. 1 jeweils in der Nähe des Restaurants bzw. Strand liegen. Villa entsprach der Beschreibung, allerdings sind nur 2 Steckeranschlüsse für 5 Elektrogeräte in der Küche zu wenig. Falls man selber kochen will, ist so ziemlich alles vorhanden. Kleiner Umluftofen zus. vorhanden. Strom 11THB kw/h. (2 Wochen 1500 THB) Tägl. Reinigung 200 THB. Kfz Transport innerhalb der Insel sehr teuer (egal wohin 2.400 THB), Leihwagen (nur auf dem Festland zu mieten) darf man nicht mit der Fähre benutzen. Roller 1.200 THB/Tag. Restaurant ok. Preise ab 300 THB i.O. Fazit: Vermieter für alles ansprechbar, insg. sehr positiv, wenn man relaxen will.

I loooved my stay, the place was so pristine, the area is so lovely and cozy, with everything you could possibly need. The property is very well taken care of, the beds were comfortable and the location is unmatched.

Place was immaculately clean, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The entire Laguna neighborhood is modern and really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Me and my cousins had a wonderful stay at Fiona’s place! The apartment was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby areas. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The apartment in Phuket hosted by Pepo was beautifully decorated and very clean. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention went into every detail, we felt at home right away. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find a small welcome gift on the table, which was such a thoughtful touch. Pepo was always available and easy to reach, no matter what we needed. Overall, a great place to stay with a wonderful host highly recommended!
