超出预期的好房子！ 首先这个房子真的好大好喜欢，像一个真正的家一样应有尽有，而且家居和装置都非常有品味，好像住进了一个家居博主的家里，头顶的艺术品、地板的花纹、四处的小植物，还有各种可爱的小玩意……处处都是细节和审美，每一个都想要🥺 进入到主卧里，都是香喷喷的，被子也是软软的，给人一种非常安心的感觉。房屋还有一个超级大的院子，房东姐姐还提供了四台自行车，也太贴心了。后院提供了洗衣机和晾晒区。而且因为设置了非常多纱窗，屋子里也没什么蚊虫，总而言之，这个家非常适合长期居住。每天早上走路2分钟就可以抵达一个超级棒的咖啡馆，慢悠悠吃个早餐，而且在那里也买了好多艺术品，感觉这个地方的人们都在很认真地生活着 唯一可能就是有点远，晚上如果回家晚可能会有点黑，但是骑摩托的话其实也能解决这个问题，是适合想要体验慢生活的人可以考虑的。有点遗憾没能和房东姐姐们好好聊天，感觉她们应该是非常有审美和生活品质的人，而且她们最近也在市集里摆摊，希望有机会能和她们交流

Beautiful house in the center of Chiang Mai. Beautiful market at 100m and incredibile atmosphere. I would recommend.

This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived in Chiang Mai, the hosts were incredibly communicative, making everything smooth and stress-free. They provided clear instructions, quick responses, and thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. What truly sets this Airbnb apart is its uniqueness. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s an experience. The home is beautifully designed, with a luxurious steam room, a breathtaking 20-foot waterfall shower, and powerful AC and fans to keep the space cool and comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to enhance relaxation and convenience. The location is another standout feature. Situated right next to a temple, the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and incredibly safe. Whether you’re looking for a serene retreat or a base to explore the vibrant city of Chiang Mai, this Airbnb offers the best of both worlds.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

The condo of Paul's apartment was super beautiful! Lush, and green, with a nice pool. There is a 7/11 right across the street, and a mall right behind the condo with everything you need. Its also SUPER quiet. The downside is that the surrounding area isn't super walkable (as it's just off of a highway). Luckily, it's super easy to get a cheap Grab to wherever you need. The apartment itself is simple, but nice and comfortable. My one complaint (as someone who cooks a lot at home) is that the hot plate is a bit temperamental, and the pot and wok could use replacing. It's a lot easier to just order in, and enjoy the amazing local food. Paul was also a great host, and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!

If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, this is the place to stay! Very close to the old town and everything within walking distance. Very helpful and responsive host.

I recently stayed at Pine's condo in Chiang Mai and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless and impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat. Everything was perfect! A gorgeous view of the mountains which the sun set behind in the evening, and very secluded area meaning very peaceful and quiet. The location is absolutely adorable with coffee shops, markets, and shops. Lin is super friendly and communicative and she had great recommendations for chiang mai and instructions on check in and how to use the facilities in the apartment. I also cant believe the kindness that we got when we opened the refrigerator to a number of free waters, fizzy drinks, coffee pods for a coffee machine, tea, and snacks! We really wanted to stay longer but someone booked the room so we moved to another of Lin’s and are currently there now. Will review there at the end of our stay ☺️ overall great place to stay, highly recommend, we felt at home 🥰

I have stayed at various Airbnb places in Chiang Mai since 2022. With no though that Aon's condo was the ultimate Airbag experience for me in Chiang Mai. I was so impressed with every fine details that she placed at the condo, including the clean wine glasses, cookware, utensils, soft bed, ahd soaking bathtub. She even installed a safety net to prevent the accident on the balcony. I have a shower water filter to remove the harmful ingredients from tap water in my house. You will find it here too. The ultimate Aurbnb experience and better than most five star hotel experience in Chiang Mai.

I really enjoyed staying at Natasa’s place. It is conveniently located, not far from Old Town, Chinatown, Night Bazaar, night markets and local restaurants. It is also at a walking distance to a couple of convenience stores. I like the amenities like the gym to keep me in shape for sightseeings and the washing machine for a light load of laundry. I appreciated the beautiful artworks hanging in the living room and the bedroom. All in all, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay. It feels like a home away from home. Her place would be on the top of my list next time I visit Chiang Mai.

핑강 바로 동쪽에 있습니다. 근처에 유명 관광지나 맛집 그리고 마사지샵은 없습니다. 하지만 번잡하지 않아서 오히려 좋았습니다. 콘도 입구 바로 옆에 맥주, 음료수 등을 살 수 있는 작은 상점이 있고, 핑강을 건너서 도보 7분 거리에 큰 로터스 편의점이 있어서 필요한 물건을 사는 데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 다양한 과일, 야채, 고기를 저렴한 가격에 살 수 있는 므앙마이 시장도 걸어서 10분이면 충분합니다. 환율이 좋은 Mr Pierre 환전소까지 도보 15분, 올드 타운의 동쪽 입구인 타패 게이트까지 도보 20분 걸립니다. 콘도에서 올드 타운, 님만해민, 골프장을 가기 위해 그랩을 이용해서 택시를 불렀는데 약 5분 이내에 택시가 도착할 정도로 편했습니다. 2개의 침실과 침대의 크기는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 마지막 하나는 독립된 침실이 아니라 파티션으로 구분된 부분입니다. 세탁기가 평소에는 잠겨 있는 다용도실(staff only)에 있어서 직접 세탁을 할 수 없었지만 관리인 아주머니가 매일 방문해서 세탁, 청소, 설거지를 해주셨습니다(물론 수고비를 드렸지요. ^^). 관리인 아주머니는 우리가 부탁한 물, 키친 타월 등을 충분히 무료로 제공해 주셨습니다. 의사소통에도 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 인덕션, 전자레인지, 식기세척기 그리고 아주 많은 식기가 있어서 생활하는 데 편리했습니다. 2월 11일부터 18일까지 7박 8일 묵었고 숙소가 마음에 들어서 하루 연장했습니다. 베란다에서 내려다 보이는 핑강의 야경이 그립습니다.
