Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec nos 4 enfants chez Am. La maison est très agréable et très bien placée. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos deux jours, de la ville et du saturday night market. Je recommande vivement.

이 숙소는 흠잡을데가 없어요 1층에는 넓은 거실, 예쁜 주방, 쾌적한 침실과 화장실 2개가 있고 2층에도 침실2개와 각각의 욕실이 있어요. 수영장은 넓어서 물놀이 하기에 충분하고 튜브도 많이 구비되어 있어요. 바로 앞에 편의점이 있고, 외출후엔 모든것이 깔끔히 청소 되어 있어요. 다음에도 꼭 여기로 다시 오겠습니다.

The whole experience was nice but it was raining heavily the water leaked in. The water soaked the towel on the floor and the area around the refrigerator, and I was very worried about the risk of electric leakage, especially since we have a 2.5-year-old child. Fortunately, the staff came immediately to handle it. Additionally, the screen door in the room is a bit difficult to open and close—it takes a lot of effort every time. Other than that, everything is great. The location is excellent and very safe, with many places within walking distance. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby, and the room even provides recommendations for nearby attractions.

I would like to highly recommend this accommodation and the host. If you wanna try some experience out of the old town, it’s a good choice:) 1. It’s a safe area and I feel secure staying there alone. The surrounding area is appealing and quiet. 2. There are some nice cafes and restaurants for food as you need, although the 7-11 is not very close by. 3. It will be a good way to have motor bike to explore around and not so far from anywhere with the motor bike in 30 mins. Except from the big events like lantern festival period, other time would be easy to take a taxi or grab around this area. 4. Many interesting sightseeing spots around or on the way to another destination as recommended from the host. 5.The house is cozy and has everything you might need. 6.The last but the most highlighted point is the host! He is like a superhero with all the helps needed in time. He is intelligent, helpful, and so good at communicating. He also can always come up with wonderful ideas for you.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great location in Nimman, close to everything yet just away from the main street. The apartment itself was really nice. Comfortable bed, nice building, I would stay here again! The pool is nice but not much sunshine available due to the building blocking it. The host was amazing, very accommodating!

Très bon rapport qualité prix L’hôte est très réactive, l’appartement est propre et très bien situé. Attention il n’y a pas d’ustensile de cuisine style fourchettes et couteaux. Sinon tout était très bien et très calme

Good location. Accessible to both Maya Mall and One Nimman. The apartment itself is dated but maintained. There seemed to be some minor aircon water drip issues but overall a good value stay.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Apartment in the heart of the Nimman area. A huge number of restaurants and several 7-Elevens just a few minutes' walk away. Despite that, the street itself was quite quiet. The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous balcony.

A wonderful and cozy apartment with a warm, inviting atmosphere, located in a prime area with easy access to all the best shops, cafes, and public transportation.

The condo is comfortable and quiet, in a great building. A little off the beaten path, but walking distance from the night market. Natasa is a good host

Gostei muito de ter ficado neste apartamento, senti me como se estivesse em casa com uma vista fantástica e a proprietária sempre mostrou se muito disponível e querida. A localização é ótima para quem gosta de uma área tranquila, cosmopolita e internacional. Espero poder voltar no futuro 🙂

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

The apartment was absolutely perfect. The location was so ideal to reach anywhere you’d like to go in Chang Mai, and the surrounding shops and food spots were also amazing. The apartment itself was spotless, and incredibly relaxing to stay in. The host made sure everything we would need for our stay was available, and the instructions were made very clear. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the facilities you could need. We definitely would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Chang Mai.

Heel erg mooi verblijf. Het binnen komen ging soepel met de juiste instructies. Het appartement zelf was precies zoals aangegeven. Het appartementencomplex was heel erg rustig en mooi, er hangen alleen wel overal posters dat het niet geschikt is voor backpackers en hotelgangers. Je moet daar een beetje langs kijken. Er was veel te doen in de omgeving en het ligt heel centraal. Er kwamen soms luchtjes vanuit de badkamer maar daar had ik weinig last van. Wat verwacht je ook van Thailand ;) Er was een lekkage door de aardbeving in Myanmar, ik had hier zelf geen problemen mee, de eigenaar verontschuldigden zich heel vaak en gaf tijdelijke oplossingen voor het probleem, maar het viel me niet lastig. De eigenaar was hier heel behulpzaam mee. Over het algemeen een geweldig appartement!!

Noey and the team are always always Great. The location is perfect and is probably one of the largest 1 bedrooms in Nimman. Perfect view of mountain. I will stay here again.
