Stan se nalazi na jednoj od najatrkativnij lokacija u Podgorici. U blizini stana su locirane ambasade Kine, Turske i Madjaraske. Centar grada je na udaljenosti od 1 km, najveci shoping mall centar na udaljenosti od 1.5km. U neposrednoj blizini, na svega 50m se nalazi najatraktivnije setaliste brdo Ljubovic, okruzeno borovom sumom i koja je najpoznatija setacka zona u Podgorici. Stan se nalazi na svega 9 km do aerodroma. U blizini stana su takodje locirani brojni supermarketi, restorani i barovi.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

It is suitable for both short-term and long-term stays and ideal for couples, solo travellers or IT nomades. It is around 20-minute walk from the city centre or 5-minute drive. There are two food stores nereby (IDEA, 3-5 minutes on foot) and a large food story (VOLI, 3-minute drive). There is a restaurant (Stara kuća) in close proximity (on foot).
