The villa has everything to make the stay pleasant. It's located in a very quite neighborhood, minutes away from the beach and all amenities. The private pool and the backyard are perfect for relaxing and spending great family time. The hosting team also made a significant difference on our experience as they were always available to answer questions and requests before, during and after our stay while being extremely friendly and professional.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leila's beautiful beachfront house—a true piece of heaven perfect for a family retreat. The house, with its expansive garden and direct beach access, provided the ideal setting for us to unwind and spend quality time together. From the booking process to check-in and check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The house is perfectly suited for families, including toddlers and elderly members, ensuring everyone is comfortable. We had read about Tarek in previous reviews, and his exceptional reputation was fully confirmed during our stay. He was always ready and eager to assist with anything we needed. Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. She not only kept the house spotless but also treated us to delicious home-cooked meals, making our stay even more special. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Leila’s place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family

My group of 11 had a wonderful stay! The beach was very close by and the grounds of the home were very beautiful! The housekeeper was discreet and very helpful. The house was very roomy and had a lot of character. I would definitely return!

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est jolie, isolée et sans vis à vis, des points très importants pour nous. Les alentours sont calmes et paisibles mais la maison reste malgré tout proche de toutes commodité, à 15min de la Médina et 17min de la nouvelle ville. Une voiture reste néanmoins nécessaire pour faciliter les déplacements. L’hôte ainsi que son voisin (qui est très discret) ont été très réactifs quand nous avions besoin. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, se sera sans regrets 😉

La villa de la plage (villa Aqua) d Inies est juste un petit paradis ❤️nichée dans une baie sans immeuble ni hôtel . Maison familiale authentique de charme et avec tout le confort . Merci à Lazare et Sabeh qui sont adorables et efficaces . Quant à Inies c est une personne chaleureuse et réactive à toutes demandes , attentive au bien être de ses voyageurs . 9 jours de bonheur pour toute la famille : petits et grands 😜

Sehr freundlicher und schneller Kontakt mit Nabil. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen und großen Garten. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

Super séjour, je recommande ! Maison magnifique et encore mieux que sur les photos. Très propre, super bien équipée, literie confortable et piscine nickel. On a adoré l’ambiance calme et reposante, parfait pour se déconnecter. L’extérieur est top pour passer des soirées entre amis ou en famille. Ben Ali a été adorable et très dispo. Vraiment une super adresse où je reviendrai avec plaisir !

We really enjoyed staying at khaled's house located in a secured residence with a private access to a beautiful beach. The house is well equipped, lots of space for our group (14 guests) and the swimming pool is just amazing!

The views were incredible from this home on the Mediterranean Sea! The accommodations were comfortable and clean and we had all that we needed. Would definitely love to return some day.

We enjoyed a couple of days in this beautiful and authentic Airbnb. It was the perfect size for our big group and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach! Very good experience, everything as described and well equipped kitchen. Nearly all the rooms have private bathrooms which is a great plus!! Definitely a recommendation! Thanks for making our start in the new year a success!!

Nice location, nice view from the terrace. the pool was lovely, and very clean. The house was nice and secure, with several locks. The location was close to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and a 10 mins walk to a nice, clean beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the agent Imed was very helpful in arranging us transport to and from the airport. The only negative was that the beds were uncomfortable, especially the two single beds. the mattresses were way too soft. would definitely return in the future.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Maison d’Artiste. La villa était bien équipée et propre. Son emplacement est magnifique : située dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville et de la mer. L’hôte, Monsieur Anis, était bienveillant, professionnel et à l’écoute. Je recommande cette adresse chaleureusement !

Mohamed war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, hat uns viele Tipps für gute Restaurants gegeben und auch, als der Strom einmal ausfiel, kümmerte er sich sofort und kam 30min mit einem Elektriker vorbei. Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Sie war sehr sauber und vom Aufbau der Hauses und der Zimmerverteilung perfekt für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern. Das Haus ist im minimalistischen Wohnstil gehalten ohne dabei kalt zu wirken. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie zu Hause. Was allerdings negativ ist, was aber nichts mit dem Haus oder Mohamed zu tun hat, ist der Müll der sich rund um die Unterkunft und auch am Strand befindet. Tunesien hat wirklich schöne Orte doch leider liegt überall Dreck, Müll und Plastik herum. Das ist sehr schade und für uns sehr befremdlich gewesen. Aber wie gesagt, sobald man innerhalb des Grundstückes von Mohamed war, befand man sich in einer sauberen, ruhigen und sehr privaten Oase in der wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

On a passé de bons Moments Chez Mr MOhamed Ali, l’appartement correspond très bien aux photos , le quartier est paisible très proche de la mer . C’était un séjour formidable. J’espère qu’on reviendra prochainement.

Super séjour à Hammamet. La maison est magnifique, avec énormément de place et de lieux de convivialité. Le gardien est extrêmement gentil et à l'écoute. Je recommande fortement ce petit coin de paradis !

Imed est un hôte très sympathique réactif et disponible il n’y a rien à dire la maison est très grande et toute propre 👌🏼 ça n’a rien avoir avec les photos c’est meilleur en vrai. On reviendra sans hésiter ! À côté il y a des restaurants une épicerie. A 30 minutes vous avez hammamet Yasmine et l’autoroute. Top La piscine propre est bien entretenue un nettoyeur viens tous les mardi c’était géniale et femme de ménage le lundi ! On voulait même pas partir ! Merci à imed 🥰
