We had a great stay, Donia was attentive and present to ensure a very good stay.

The house is charming, bright and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoors space. The environment was quiet. The house had three bedrooms and a bathroom, the second bathroom is located in the master suite. Kitchen was well equipped . I'll mention what could be improved on: The location on Airbnb is the wrong one. The person who hosted us had trouble giving instructions on the location (we rarely come to Tunisia we had a lot of trouble finding the house). The living room and kitchen are very large and you will spend most of your time there, so you have to provide additional air conditioners. There were a few minor issues with finishes, including doors that lacked keys or locks to effectively close them from the inside. Overall, I would recommend this house and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll be happy to go back!

We (couple with child 4 years) stayed with Alia for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment is pretty, stylishly furnished and quietly located by the sea. Naila (Alias mother) lives in the same house, often helped us and gave us great tips on everything possible. Highly recommended.

Host was very responsive due to a last minute booking. It was nice and welcoming. All the information was given to us. The only downside is the surrounding environment that deserves to be better arranged and taken care of by the city. ( lots of waste ) We thank the host and their family for cleaning everything before we arrive.

Amazing view, clean and spacious house, perfectly set up for outdoor living with large family style table on patio off the clean spacious kitchen and another covered two covered lounge spaces you can entertain guests or just relax with a book and look at the spectacular sea view-the place is worth every penny. Good security, in a gated community. Quiet even though there is a hotel close by. Attached bathroom in each bedroom, and air conditioning in each room. Very nice and spacious living room to relax with family and watch tv-there is a satellite cable set up that allows you to choose English Channel programming. Responsive and helpful property management-big thanks to Hamdi for getting us set up on site.

We had a lovely time there. Very comfortable bedding. Linens are available. Very responsive owner and giving a detail of the surroundings of Hammamet as well as very accurate and useful information. A caretaker is present at night. Highly recommend.

Had a great visit! The host was exceptionally kind, always available, helpful and caring from start to finish. The house was impeccable, clean and perfectly maintained. A real pleasure to stay there. Special mention for the pool which was just great, super well maintained and ideal for relaxing. 100% recommend and will come back without hesitation!

We loved our stay at this peaceful and beautiful haven! The hosts are friendly and kind and responsive. We loved the view, terrace, and walking around to see the animals. It was clean and had everything we needed. We absolutely hope to come and stay again!

What can I say apart from, yes I will book again ❤️ and I hope to do so, soon.  The house looks like the pictures, clean and relaxing and private. If anything i wanted or needed to know, Elyes was a whatapp away and the lovely Laila was stone throw away (english saying for nearby).  The location was perfect, for my husband's work, restaurants, coffee/cafe shop, spa, Cash point/ATMs, supermarket, butchers, fish mongers, local shops, taxis, buses, car rental and yes, yes the beach ⛱️. Where I spent my days jet skiing, camel rides, swimming, sunbathing.  The kitchen was able to handle me and my husband cooking up a storm every night.  One of key things for me, the fridge was cold and the freezer was able to freeze 🎉 perfect wifi I was able to return home with clean clothes. Having 2 bathrooms, allow for sister in- laws to stay for 2 nights.  Tip: *use the 'rapide 15' to wash clothes *You can use your own Netflix login to watch movies. *Elyes and Laila are so kind, helpful & friendly

Mehrez is an amazing host. He solved all my questions/requests on the same day. Also, on the first day of my stay, I asked him to install a cable for work (for the Internet, I needed a LAN cable). Mehrez made an additional hole in the wall on the same day and installed the cable into the apartment. Mehrez also helped organize a transfer from/to airport. The apartments are the best in Hammamet in terms of price/quality/location. Opposite the apartments there is a large hotel with an exit/entrance for employees, you cannot go through it to the beach. It is better to walk to the right to the central entrance, where they will let you in to the sea. And it is even better to go to the La Sirene restaurant and get drinks/food there (sun loungers with umbrellas are free). Nearby, I recommend cafe number 1 - I ROLL, number 2 - The Corner (right at the exit from the apartment), number 3 - The Chef by Boulehia. There is a laundry on the roof. Only moto noise from road was minus for me.

Great host! Good communication and well cleaned and furnished place. Good location, close to restaurants and beach and on a well busy main road that connects Nabeul to Hammamet.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! I was surprised at how spacious it was. Definitely looked better than the photos. Very close to the Medina and beach. Also surrounded by losts of food and cafe places! Special thank you to the host who made my time great and always checked in to see if I was okay or if I needed anything.

Very and exceptionally responsive host. Location is great, near beach, few minutes from old Arabic Hammamet, modern Jasmine, supermarkets, restaurants and main highway acces, atm, great car rental agency. Building is modern, attractive with robust utilities ( hot water , heating, air conditioning....), lift. Back coloured lighting. Guard is always present. Yard cleaned daily. The garden is attractive and maintained. ( There is a modest outdoor pool - but we prefer the beach). Apartment has all common utensils. ( No dryer, but with 3 balconies it's easy to dry things, especially on heated towel rack.) Ample, just in front, street parking. Weekend, street busy, keep doors closed. The nearby beach is sandy, vast, with good restaurants. The water is clear/ clean, gentle, easy waves. The beach, however, could be more often cleaned, but in front of concessions, is generally good. The concessions let you use their chairs if you buy something (beer, coffee, wine or a meal).

It was such a great experience. The place is just less than a 100 miters by the see. The style of the house is suitable to the fabulous experience; two big beds located in differed floors, up and down. Also I can’t forget how helpful Ms. Naila was; she would go out of her way and be always available for any questions or even advice on the small city. I will definitely comeback again✔️

Beautiful apartment ideally located, with very easy access. The building is very quiet and especially secure thanks to the presence of a security guard available 24 hours a day.
