This rural smallholding farm with Nguni Cows and retired horses has a significant history from the 1840's and gives you the chance to experience the true peace and tranquillity of the countryside, but yet is very central to top restaurants, golf courses, wedding venues and schools. Prosper Cottage is an 8 sleeper self catering home with all the amenities you need, it is situated in the beautiful Kamberg Valley in the KZN Midlands on a working Dairy Farm. 12km from Rosetta and a further 6km along a gravel road, this little beauty is the perfect place to relax with family, friends in the beautiful surroundings overlooking Giant's Castle. Lovely fireplace in the lounge/dining area for those cold winter days/nights and an outside braai area for those balmy summer lunches.

The Igloo Cottage

Thatched country cottage situated in the Rosetta area (halfway between Nottingham Road and Mooi River). The carpeted cottage (close to our home) with a private entrance, consists of: - a bedroom (double-bed), - lounge, workstation, lounge chairs and sleeper-couch, - kitchenette and - shower area. Private courtyard with a patio table and chairs. Situated on a small holding with the Mooi river 250m from the cottage. Guests will be able to paddle on, walk or rest at the river.

It is nestled in the trees next to the main house on Woodsong Farm, which is a small life-style farm where you are free to explore the surroundings. Enjoy walks to the small dam with a picnic basket and bird-watch, take photos, enjoy some casual fishing and wild-swimming.
