Dorothea Apartment

I look forward to welcoming everyone to my fully renovated apartment near the city center. The apartment has Netflix and Disney+ streaming subscriptions and Wi-Fi for relaxation. The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

The atmosphere of the apartment is unique, we tried to fit every little detail into it. We converted a ground floor studio apartment into an apartment. Completely renovated, furnished with modern furniture. The focus is on relaxation, tranquility and comfort. Studio apartment on the ground floor. Recently renovated, decorated with modern furniture. Our main concern was to create a cozy place to relax and hang back.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
