A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with a kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and a TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room. Only the toilets at the entrance to the house are shared.

Une petite terrasse vous permettra de profiter de la vue. Parking gratuit devant la maison. Un vrai havre de paix !

Le Mas des Sens - Charming cottage -

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

Upstairs, the blue room has a 140 cm bed and the Lilac room offers a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, but you will also find a very nice bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
