The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Come unwind and breathe at our couples mountain spa retreat. Atrium House has been designed to feel open to the lovely mountain surroundings yet let you relax in privacy. Our outdoor therapy hot tub, indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, and spacious two-person, walk-in shower make for a getaway so tranquil, you may never make it in to nearby Asheville! We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

The street is quiet and lined with beautiful homes listed on the historic register.

Directly across the French Broad River from Sierra Nevada Brewing and just 15 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the farm while roasting marshmallows and enjoying a glass of wine on your private deck.

Lovely and independent lower level apartment in a split level house, located in a peaceful end street, 10 minutes from Downtown Hendersonville and 30 minutes from Asheville. This is a great space for 2 or 3 guests, with a full kitchen and bath, living room and laundry room. Please note that my wife and I live upstairs. Spring mountain house is a modern micro cabin perched above the creek in a lush mountain forest. Scandinavian inspired, this cabin was designed and built by the hosts using site-harvested lumber and custom hand-crafted wood and metalwork features. The cabin lays on a south-facing mountain covered in rhododendron forest with the view and sounds of the creek below.
