To keep tariffs low, price is based on a per couple or person/per bedroom rate. Rate for 2 adults is for access to 1 bedroom only (couples only needing 1 bedroom). There is a $120 surcharge for the 2nd bedroom and does not include more guests. It covers cleaning, fresh linens etc and is still more economical than other Cottages in the area. Stewart cottage has three en-suite bedrooms, and is set in quiet and peaceful bushland less than two hours drive from Sydney. For weekend bookings, a minimum of three guests is required. Stewart is close to many wineries and restaurants, and only five minutes drive from Hunter Valley Gardens and Roche and Hope Estates. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper, who uses alcohol-based cleaning agents. Generous, reduced rates are available for week-long stays.

We had an amazing stay for a country family wedding. Summer was a great host from the start with her great communication and clear instructions. The apartment was beautifully fitted out and everything was so comfortable, clean and even better than a hotel. Cafes, shops was just downstairs. Waking up to the sun rise from the window looking out to the river was a great start to the day. It didn't affect our stay in anyway, but just a caution to anyone who doesn't like stairs or can't walk up many, access to the apartment might be difficult. Overall, a lovely weekend away in Maitland.

Wow if you want beautiful, spectacular and peaceful then this is the place. It's amazing and the views are better than the photos. My husband and I loved it so much we didn't want to leave. The interaction with the native wildlife was wonderful. The lodge is very clean and accomodating and has everything that you would need. Susanne and Dave were great hosts and always providing responses really quickly. I can't wait to go back and enjoy a little piece of heaven again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yannicks place. It had everything we needed and very comfy. Also nicely decorated and homely. We were there for a wedding in Polkobin and the location was a smooth and fairly short trip to the wedding. Although Millfield is a very quiet town it’s only a short trip into Cessnock that has everything you need like restaurants and supermarkets etc. We would be happy to stay at Yannicks again next time we’re in the area :-)

Such a sweet little granny flat, close to Hunter Valley region! Parking right outside the flat was accessible, instructions to enter the property was easy. Flat was very clean & had everything we needed including a kitchen & essentials like oil, salt & pepper as we like cooking to save some cash. The area is very quiet and the backyard was nice to step out on either at night to see the moon & stars or early in the morning to listen to the birds singing along with the trees swaying, so peaceful! Dinnash is very responsive and friendly, no wonder he is a super host! Thank you Dinnash for making our short stay so comfortable. All the best!
