We think our accommodation is suitable for both those who value interaction and those who value privacy. For the room, please take a close look at the photos posted before booking. This room is suitable for 2 adults and has a loft the size of 2 futons. Preschoolers who can sleep with their parents stay for free. The washroom is shared, and this washroom separates our room from yours. Towels, microwave, dishes, fridge, and faucet are provided. The means from TX Tsukuba Station to my house are on foot (25 minutes), by bus (one every 30 minutes), or by taxi (1000 yen). If you are coming by car, we will show you the nearby parking lot. We usually get up at 6 am and go to bed at 9 pm. On weekdays, we leave for work at 7:30 am and return home at 5:30 pm. Please let me know if you would like to check in before 7 pm. We have two boys in elementary school. The 5th grade boy is away on a school exchange in the mountains, but there is a 2nd grade boy who plays the violin.

It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro station, yet you can have a relaxing stay. Even though it was my first time there, it felt nostalgic, and the friendly people in the shopping district made me feel like a local for the day. Located on the 2nd floor of the popular cafe, MIAMIA, at the entrance of the shopping street, a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Nagasaki Station, it is a private rental for an entire floor. There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces. Please have a relaxing time at this inn where you can feel the buzz of the city. Also, it is about 15 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station, making it an ideal base for travel.
