Beautiful neighborhood High ceilings Large windows Beautifully decorated Plush King Bed in 1-bedroom-with a door 2nd queen bed living room pull out Established Neighborhood 20 minutes of City Center. Discounts are a hassle so: no. There is a locked access door adjacent to the bathroom we use in between guests to service the space. We don't go in the Airbnb space when guests are there, obviously. This beautiful treehouse is elegantly designed, full or amenities, and peaceful. It was thoughtfully built to highlight the large trees on the property and prioritizes privacy. We wanted for nothing during our stay. Martha offered all that we needed and then some. She even left a surprise to celebrate my graduation. This is a gem of a stay, highly recommend.

We loved our short stay at this Airbnb, however were put off at the fact the only way you could enter was via an alleyway and the alleyway is very narrow to the point it was difficult to get our car parked. Please make sure if you rent a car that you will need to get nothing larger than a Nissan rogue. The area was okay and very close to a lot of things however a lot of unhoused people around. They did not bother us but wasn’t expecting it to be so close. Beds were super comfortable and everything else was clean!

The place was lovely! I thought I wanted to be closer into the city but the Foster Powell neighborhood is so lovely and nice to stay in. Highly recommend this spot! The hosts were responsive when I had questions, but gave me lots of space and there was a nice little guidebook they made for visitors.

This is our second stay at Chad's place. It is nicely decorated, clean, with a comfy king sized mattress, and has great air conditioning - a must with the heat wave in Portland during our stay! What we really appreciate is the quiet, peaceful, laid-back neighborhood. That really makes a difference in getting a good nights sleep after a long day. We also appreciate the guitar Chad has in the house. This is our go-to place when visiting Portland - a home away from home!

Overall was a good stay, and Ariel was a great host. It seems like Ariel and Nick really take care of their home. With that said, I probably would put a lower star rating if it wasn't for the fact I knew about most of my issues before booking. Their quiet hours ending at 6am is no joke. I barely ever slept past 6 am and was at times woken up before then. This was with a white noise machine running and ear plugs. The dog barks a lot. If they aren't home, the dog just won't stop. Between the dog, and being in the basement, it's pretty noisy. It also felt like I just didn't have much privacy because of it. No full kitchen with incredibly tiny amount of counter space. I had my own air fryer to get by thankfully. Little garbage bin with no lid which was tough when you need to throw out perishables. Like I said, it was great stay after making everything work. Just wanted to use my review to make sure others know what they're booking.

Our stay at Jodi's Airbnb was one of the most well-appointed, comfortable and lovely places we have stayed!! It was beautiful and appeared to be a brand-new build. It was spacious and had all the appliances and cookware one would need. The bedroom and bathrooms were large and very comfortable as well. Jodi was a great, host and very kind and available if we needed her. Thankyou Jodi!! We would love to stay again someday!! Kent and Shelley
