A real gem of a spot, Sarah is a superb host, adding in little details that make your stay that much more comfortable. Absolutely will book here again. Everything you need to be totally self-sufficient, so convenient to all amenities. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Ian and Ailsa were so kind and took initiative to help us when needed. They respected our space and they were very quiet. Ian and Ailsa were so warm-hearted toward us. They made us feel welcome but most importantly safe by meeting us at check-in to introduce themselves. Our little family appreciates the yummy snacks, lovely bedding and coziness Ian and Ailsa had to offer! Highly recommend the stay everyone! 🥰

Wonderful hosts and very nice place! We were just in town for one night and this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay again!

Christine's place was ideal for us as we had family down the road. Very quiet, everything provided, loved the cereals and snack treats. Access to a lovely backyard with outdoor seating. Very clean and tidy with lovely linen. The separate lounge was a real bonus. Unusual entry through the garage, but that was very easy. Christine was excellent to communicate with and all instructions and advice were clear and easy to follow . Loved our 3 nights there and will stay again. Thanks Christine

Cath's airbnb was so comfortable and from when I first arrived the level of care and detail was evident. The air con was on and it made it so cosy after a driving in wet and cold conditions. The frig had extra items like Vogel bread and home made jams. Those little things make a big difference. Plus Cath was always easy to communicate with from prior to the booking until I left. The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with a great bath) was stylish and spacious.

i've stayed at Brendon and Sali's places a few times now and we've become good friends. They will always be my first choice for accomodation when I come back to Auckland. The Cottage is well-located to take advantage of everything The Bays have to offer.

Mikes place was great, comfortable and a great location close to public transport, Newmarket and the city. Mike was a great host, friendly and caring, he even lent us an umbrella for the rain and Hop cards for the bus. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at Michele's peaceful home among the mangroves and native bush. The neighbourhood was very quiet and it's a quick drive to Takapuna or Devonport for restaurants, beaches, and transportation. Amenities were great and the hosts kindly checked on us during a bad storm. One thing to look out for is the friendly neighborhood cats which sometimes slept on the driveway at night! Listen out for the Tui singing in the morning, too. Would highly recommend this home!

Rose’s Airbnb is the perfect place to relax after long travel in New Zealand. The glasshouse was magical and so intimate. The hot tub was peak and fun to be surrounded by a clean, organised junglelike environment. She and Terryn knows how to make her guests feel special with welcome gifts and treats - wait until you try the smores! The only negative we have is that we couldn’t stay longer! Next time we will!

This was our second stay at Ruth and Terry's apartment and, again, it didn't disappoint. It's so very spacious and peaceful, with a beautiful garden outlook. We needed a week's recuperation and it was just perfect. As well, Ruth and Terry are friendly, generous and accommodating hosts, making for an overall outstanding Airbnb experience.

We loved the homely atmosphere of this accommodation, so clean and cosy, and can relax either in a bathtub or on the deck. Great host, great space! 👍

I had a wonderful stay! The house is nestled in a beautiful natural setting. Peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. Inside, everything was super comfortable. The amenities were great too, everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Riverhead. The unit is great, it included everything we needed for two adults and a toddler. The bed upstairs was comfortable, there were great linens and towels. The breakfast was a great addition. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the family friendly brewery and local playgrounds. Karen is a great host. She provided clear and proactive communication and she even included some toys for our daughter to play with. Highly recommend staying here.

Penelope 's place was very stylish, spacious & spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. As there are others staying in the house there is a bit of noise through the walls but not excessive. Lovely spot overlooking Auckland but away from the craziness!

Had an amazing stay at Jill’s waterfront apartment! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Waking up to stunning water views was a highlight, and the location was perfect—close to everything but peaceful and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!

Lovely place in a great location - just across the road from the beach! There’s a cafe and a couple restaurants right next door. Walking distance to Mairangi Bay. Would recommend :)

We spent 2 nights in Auckland whilst we waiting for our departure flights. Sarah's house is small and cosy with all the amenities needed. It has the feel of a small country cottage. For a family with 2 small boys it might have been a bit small for a longer stay but for us it was ideal. There is a grassy space directly in front and with plenty of playgrounds just a short walk from the accommodation. Sarah's listing information highlighted that there is some noise from the nearby motorway. If you are used to quieter surrounds this might be disturbing but for us we all sleep well. My family really enjoyed our short stay here. Thank you to Sarah and family.

The location was perfect for our plans and there was a public transport option if needed. It was a very quiet and private spot with evrything you needed. Wendy was a great hostess and very welcoming.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend at Santa and Graham’s beautiful North Shore home. As hosts, they were truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and incredibly generous with local tips that made our stay even more special. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and perfect for our family. The kitchen made mealtimes a breeze, and the bedroom was a calm, cozy haven after our days out exploring. It was a stay that blended comfort, care, and a true sense of welcome—one we’ll remember fondly and happily recommend to any family visiting Auckland.

Die Unterkunft in Auckland war perfekt für unsere letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug. Sie liegt nah am Flughafen (mit dem Mietwagen) was super praktisch war und in einer super ruhigen Lage. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I have stayed here multiple times and the place is perfect for what I need. Great location that is close to town and an easy walk to Ponsonby Road. Comes with an off-street park as well so very handy. Hosts are lovely and the place is always very clean. Will be back again!

Lovely peaceful environment, clear instructions and easy to find. Very friendly welcome by John and Swava. The little studio was perfectly clean modern and well supplied. Highly recommend!
