Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block.We are 64 meters up on the hill, the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.

The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. New space created in the downstairs area of our house. The area is completely self-contained - no sharing with anyone else! Lounge/bedroom with separate kitchenette and bathroom. Sunny and warm, with a heat pump for cooler days. Easy walking distance to the main street (George St), Supermarket and the Gardens. Very close to the University, Polytechnic and Stadium. The space is set up comfortably for 2 guests, however a third guest can be accommodated, by using the sofa bed.

My place is located on a lifestyle block near the start of the Otago Peninsula. It overlooks the countryside and sea, but is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is suitable for singles or couples. The suite is separate from the main house and is at the end of an English-style barn. It has it's own bathroom and patio. Please note - no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster & electric jug.
