The Lookout is a boutique mountain hideaway situated high on the hill with unrivaled panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The spacious, sunny and private chalet has large glass doors that open to a wide deck with breathtaking views and a patio with a luxurious double bath. A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Tranquil retreat

This private and self-contained studio-apartment is within easy walking distance of central Wanaka. There is a full kitchen and laundry and off street parking. The studio has a unique grass roof and large sunny deck with a hot tub. The studio is set in a park-like setting with mature trees. The comfortable queen sized bed has an electric blanket and quality linen. This studio is recently completed with quality furniture and is only a 5 minutes walk from the edge of Lake Wanaka.

Southwind Barn is situated on our 14 acre lifestyle farm. The barn has recently been decorated with a rustic western cowboy style. This unique accommodation is only 5 minutes drive (5km) from Wanaka township, and is the perfect place to relax, or use as a base for some Wanaka “adventures”. All rooms look out onto a private garden area with views of the mountains. The barn is situated close to the paddocks so you will enjoy seeing the sheep, lambs, and calf wandering by.

Rocklands Retreat

This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space. The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.
