Beautiful and quiet area. House was very clean as shown in pictures. Colin was very responsive and able to answer any questions you might have. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

Where to begin, This by far is the best AirBnB we have stayed in and we have travelled! We wanted for nothing as Tania provided food, pantry, well stocked kitchen, comfort and so much advise and endless help for what our needs were to leave the country! Can’t recommend Tania and Mikes place enough!

This place was hands down the best Airbnb we stayed at during our entire month long trip to NZ! The suite itself was lovely with lots of extra amenities but it was the incredible host that made it such a wonderful experience. Sam is so thoughtful, helpful, and friendly! We felt like we were staying at a neighbours place :)

We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Beds are very comfy and great shower too ! We also want to thank our hosts for the quick responses and flexible check in ! Many, many thanks !

We really enjoyed our three night stay. Dean and Margaret’s place was very comfortable and well equipped. It was warm and clean and we felt very much at home. The beautiful view really topped it off, especially the amazing sunsets.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean & well presented. Loved the extra touches of a welcome basket of nibbles & breakfast cereals,plus getting greeted with the most amazing cup of hot citrus tea.

Felicity was a great host, very welcoming and wanting to help with anything you could need. Her home was very tidy, and felt like an oasis of calm. The room itself was spacious with a good sized private en-suite bathroom. I enjoyed my stay with Felicity.

Barry and Antoinette are the perfect hosts. They were so friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating to a few requests we had asked. Having the convenience of being picked up and dropped off to the ferry by Barry was so helpful given we were relying on public transport. The rooms were spotlessly clean with plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable. The continental breakfast was just delicious with plenty of choices, a lovely thoughtful touch. We couldn't have been happier with our lovely stay and will definitely go back and enjoy Barry and Antoinette's hospitality again.

Grace was so accommodating with our request for a long term stay while we waited to move into our new home. Communication was excellent and the place had all the amenities of home. The location was a bit further out than we realized but it was was beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend to others

We loved our brief stay at Colin and Aitu's place! The setting is so peaceful and we could not have felt more comfortable after a day of fun on Waiheke. The rooms are spacious, plush, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious (amazing fruit!) and we would have loved a longer stay. We would love to visit again and recommend a stay here.

The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. Exceptional, private location with friendly attentive hosts, just minutes from Ponsonby Road. It was so lovely to close the gates into the lush courtyard and enjoy a well-appointed home away from home, with generous interior spaces, comfortable bedding, and all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Gerard is a kind, generous neighbour & host, ensuring we had everything we needed. Just a few blocks from Ponsonby Rd's hospitality scene, with a dairy at the corner, and a bus stop nearby, there's lots to see, do, and explore in this perfect Grey Lynn bubble!
