The apartment is very close to downtown Cincinnati (15-20 minute walk, minimum Lyft or Uber fare.) You can also walk to Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory in 7-8 minutes. We recently replaced nearly all the flooring, painted and re-decorated. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood and the privacy of the apartment. Cute and comfy Mt Adams basement studio right across the street from Eden Park! Perfect place for a fun getaway, a game or a concert!
