Tiene dos piscinas, pistas de tenis, de pádel, cancha de baloncesto, petanca, ping-pong, zona juegos para niños y 2 restaurantes. El apartamento dispone de WIFI y aire acondicionado frio /calor y está a pocos minutos andando de supermercados y bares. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.
