In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
