This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. Spend your holidays surrounded by nature in a safe, private home.Because it is a renovated old private house, there are rooms that are difficult to open and close, and there are places where you can feel the gap wind.Please refrain from worrying about dust and insects.It is recommended for those who enjoy camping. ※ Please note that turtle insects will appear in autumn spring.The ceiling fan, and antique lights were added during the renovation. There are rooms in which furniture will not open and close smoothly as well as many drafts. If you do not want to encounter insects or be in a dusty environment, you may want to avoid staying here. In the spring, you can dig for bamboo shoots. In the fall, you can pick chestnuts. A relaxing space overlooking a bamboo forest while sitting comfortably on the veranda. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is about a 15-minute drive to the pottery town of Kasama. There is also a golf course nearby. Also, the highway ETC exit is close, making it easy to access Oarai and Ajiro. Hitachinaka Beach Park is about a 40-minute drive away. It is also an easy route to get to rock festivals. This is an entire place on the shore of a lake with a large garden on the banks of Otsuka Ichi, which is also selected as one of Ibaraki sightseeing.Designed as an architect's home, it's a great view upstairs when you go up the stairs to the entrance. The dining kitchen and the 15 tatami mat living room connected to the bedroom are also great for spacious parties. We have also completed our new room "Kado" from the spring of 2024! You can enjoy the garden, Otsuka Pond, and have a semi-double bed.(Use fee 7,000 yen or more for 10 people or free of charge) There is also a BBQ rental (5,000 yen), so please use the garden too! Access to downtown Mito is also good.

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
