A comfortable, private room in a modern 2-bed flat situated in a very quiet, leafy residential area. The guest room has an armchair, a table with chairs, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, basic tableware, and cutlery with tea & coffee. Ideal room for guests who like to feel at home for a good night sleep on a quality mattress. Free parking space on the premise. Only the host lives in the apartment, not shared with anyone else or pets. Note: The same day booking is accepted only before 1 pm.

Now a day finding a good accommodation can be difficult, but with us you’ll be sure to stay in a nice, quiet & friendly house. Everyone here treat everyone like family member so you will be look after here :) Great transport link to town, tram & bus. Pretty much on a door step of Manchester City FC, Cycling centre, tennis centre & supermarkets We're about 20-30mins from ManchesterAirport & 10mins from Piccadilly Train station by car. PLZ NOTE: due to bad experience, Our home is not for party!

Double back bedroom in a homely oasis close to Manchester's centre. The house is full of plants, maps & books, plus a woodburner, 2 cats... & 1 friendly human. It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. If you're not a cat fan, this may not be the place for you!

Double bedroom amenities: small fridge, and kettle. Bathroom is next to the room and used by household. Cleanliness in bathroom and kitchen important. Guests can use the microwave only in kitchen. The washing machine is available only to guests that stay for more than 5 days. Close to Old Trafford Cricket Club, Manchester United FC, Trafford Centre, and City Centre Manchester. Public Transport 5 mins walk to bus stop., Tram stations 10 minute walk.

Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

The bed itself has a new 10 inch thick mattress ensuring the weary traveller has an excellent nights sleep !
