Amazing views and the location of the house is exceptional.The house is traditional and retro. Aside from the price a bit expensive, especially the odd cleaning fee. Recommended check-in

My fiance and I spent the most incredible week in Lofoten at Telma’s cabin during the polar night! Grunnforfjord is absolutely spectacular in the winter season and we completely fell in love with the scenery, the wildlife and the northern lights displays which we had on pretty much every evening of our stay. The cabin has everything you could need and the wood burner kept us warm throughout. The separate annexe has some of the best views you could wake up to and we even had an otter walk past the window. We will certainly be coming back to Lofoten in the spring/summer months and if you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is the best we have experienced so far!

The fisherman’s cottage is wonderful - we couldn’t believe we were in such a fantastic location right on the sea and with the famous Reinebringen summit directly outside in one direction and stunning views to the midnight sun in the other direction

The seafront cabin in Vestvagoy was exceptional. It was exactly as described. Welcoming gifts were left for us including fresh cut flowers. The living space was very spacious and modern, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The living space was located on two levels. Both areas had large windows facing the harbor and nearby mountains. Our host was very attentive and proactive. We never had an issue with communication or the house. The one thing to note is that there is no parking available next to the house. Cars need to park on the hill above the house. This means you must walk up & down two flights of stairs to access the car or the house. To avoid having to carry suitcases up & down the stairs, we drove down an alley located behind the row of houses, unloaded/loaded our suitcases and then parked up on the hill. Once in the house, our stay was so enjoyable and memorable.

Fantastic stay with stunning surroundings – highly recommended! This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Lofoten and want to be in the heart of it all. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and central. Everything was pristine and in perfect condition—no issues at all. My only suggestion would be regarding the curtains: currently there are three separate panels with four gaps that let in light. During the midnight sun, this allows sunlight to enter the room at night. Adding Velcro to secure them or switching to one or two blackout panels would help. I personally prefer a pitch-dark room for sleeping. Aside from that, everything was excellent—wonderful host, beautiful accommodation, and an overall fantastic experience. I’ll definitely return.

The place is incredibly beautiful. Both the location and the house are awesome. The house was very clean and you could see it had love on it. We felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Breathtaking views! So clean and neat. Homey and comfortable. Porch an added bonus. Plenty of space for our family of four! Amazing two days!!!

The accommodation created a typical "Lofoten feeling" and you had a nice time in the rain as well as in the sunshine! The kitchen is super modern and the living room beautifully simple Scandinavian furnished. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was not completely clean, but otherwise it is a nice bathroom. The area around the accommodation is really a highlight! You can go for a great walk and there is a small supermarket nearby. A big plus here is also the proximity to the town of Å. We would definitely recommend the place:)

The views for this place were even better than the pictures can portray! There was a view outside of every window! The host was easy to communicate with and made it feel so welcome! This cabin feels like it's loved and part of a family. Such an incredible spot!

We very much enjoyed having Raymond’s place as a base for exploring the Lofotens. It was well located for popping into Henningsvær for meals and into Svolvær for groceries, and put most hikes within easy enough reach. The home is striking, and our group of 7 found we generally had enough space. We loved hot tubbing under the midnight sun. Excited to return!

Modern house with very nice furnishings and interior design. Hot tub with a view is perfect. Booked for 13 people but the sofa bed upstairs for two people had no curtains or blinds! (Not good during midnight sun times!) There was also no door to this area and a window from the sauna directly into the sofa bed area...

We loved it here! The views were spectacular, the house was modern, super clean, efficient and spacious. We enjoyed the sauna and appreciated having the washer/dryer. Everything was exactly like the pictures. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Amazing. Just amazing. One of the best we have ever stayed in.

This flat is excellent. Great view, right on the water, great WiFi. It’s about a 10min walk back to the center of town with nice restaurants and cafes, as well as a grocery store. There’s also some great hikes nearby. Just know that Lofoten has moody weather, so you might want a long stay to ensure you get some sunshine to truly appreciate the region.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. From the beginning, Fredrik was communicative leading up to the stay. He offered advice and recommendations for things to do in the area. This home is immaculately designed and decorated. Very Scandinavian and minimalist design, which is my personal favorite. On top of that, the view is just gorgeous. It was hard to ever leave the home. We hope to come back again one day and stay again.
