The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a retreat for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-style studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.

Voici leur histoire… Un corps de ferme attenant à cet appartement. En effet, ce lieu, était une étable auparavant, Il y avait des vaches, des cochons, de la paille à même le sol. For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.
