The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Voici l’histoire, l’histoire de cet ancien appartement. Ce loft date de 1783. À cette date, je n’étais pas née. Mais mes ancêtres, m’ont transmis leur héritage, d’ailleurs je les en remercie. Voici leur histoire… Un corps de ferme attenant à cet appartement. En effet, ce lieu, était une étable auparavant, Il y avait des vaches, des cochons, de la paille à même le sol. For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

We offer our old barn, completely renovated into a small charming cocoon at the gates of the Ardennes. Guests can enjoy a peaceful place in the countryside with all the amenities necessary for their well-being. Our accommodation is, moreover, completely private. It has a jacuzzi on the covered terrace and a multitude of amenities, including Wi-Fi. We are located 12 km from Durbuy and 35 km from Francorchamps. Check-in is from 4 p.m. onwards and checkout is at 11 a.m.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.
