Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Welcome to our charming Lake House 14 on the Zegrze Reservoir in Izbica! This is a phenomenal place for a comfortable stay for 4 people. Our atmospheric cottage, right on the waterfront, offers a spectacular view and experience every day. Our guests have access to a wooden terrace, sun loungers, a fire pit, a Mongolian barbecue and a garden hot tub, but these are just some of the attractions that will make your stay at Lake House 14 more enjoyable. SUPs, a kayak and a catamaran are available within easy reach for those with the appropriate licences.

Forest retreat

Relax and unwind. In our forest corner where you will find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time passes slower here, you wake up to the singing of birds. Our village is located near the Narew River, the larger city is 25 km away - Ostrołęka, or the municipal town of Goworowo (5 km) where you will find shops, etc. On colder days or in winter, the cottage is heated by a fireplace that gives a lot of heat. The entire plot is at the disposal of the tenants - of course, fenced, perfect for pets.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Mazovian village of Królewo, Joniec nad Wkrą commune, 2 cosy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet and the rest that is so needed in these times. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. With us, you'll relax without your children and others . For that, we'd love to host some nice pets. Minimum rental time is 2nights. The 1300 m2 fenced plot provides our Guests with safety, privacy and rest surrounded by nature. The cottage is located 80 km from Warsaw on the S8 route. Terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and a large table. Year-round private jacuzzi with no restrictions, extra charge on request 300 per stay. We accept pets for an additional fee of PLN 50 per animal.

Lasownia Dom Dzięcioł (Woodpecker House)

Lasownia consists of two houses (Sójka and Dzięcioł) on the very edge of the Biała Forest, so you can go for walks without getting into the car. Just put on your shoes and after a few steps you will be in the forest. Dom Dzięcioł offers an excellent view of the picturesque surroundings, and at the same time provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Woodpecker House is distinguished by red color accents, referring to the characteristic red plumage.

Forest Ridge

The Wyraj Forest House is located in the Natura 2000 area, surrounded by fields and forests. The lack of direct neighborhood guarantees peace and privacy, it will work both as a place where we will reset in peace and quiet or organize a special event in comfortable conditions. Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.
