The Moorings

The Moorings is a special place to stay in Oamaru. You will never tire of the view over the harbour. The home itself is immaculate and stylishly renovated. The beds and linen are excellent quality. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The walk down the path to the house is well worth it. The home is close to the Penguin Colony, the old part of town and Scott's Brewery. Unfortunately, the house is not child-friendly. We are unable to take bookings which include young children.

Buckley’s Retreat

We offer this unique tiny home with fantastic Ocean views. You can wake to the sunrise and watch the sunset at night all from your bed. We offer continental breakfast. Which includes eggs if the hens are laying. Outdoor spa, Complementary snacks and beverages. You may also bring your dog. 5mins drive to the centre of town. As well as the basics to make you feel more than at home, we are also able to cater for your most loved pet providing they can sleep outside. There is lots to see and do, Ollie the horse loves carrots, the cats may come and visit, calves need patting and at times we have sheep and lambs to play with.
