Un cocon indépendant mais sur le même terrain que la maison des propriétaires. L'escalier d'accès à la mezzanine est étroit mais muni d'un garde corps. Un tarif tout Inclus : lit fait, linge de toilette, ménage, canapé convertible, Wifi avec fibre, playstation, café... et une place de parking vous est réservée le long du cocon.

La prédominance du bois et les grandes surfaces vitrées effacent les frontières entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur. L’abri est alimenté électriquement par des panneaux solaires et l’eau provient d’une source traversant le terrain.
