This is a spacous Gite, with a traditional feel. The Cottage includes an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, and spacious shower room. The Cottage also have a private terrance with seating area. Guest will have shared access to all the site facilities including swimming pool, fishing, summer kitchen with BBQ We have woodland to explore. Bike hire is available as well as private BBQ hire. Can you already picture yourself basking in the sun, hopping from rock to rock along the Glane, trying your hand at fishing (Category 1), relaxing in the hot tub, or simply doing nothing at all? Perfect! Rest assured! Any civilization will still be nearby (5 minutes from different shops)! So, when are you coming?! See you soon!

Traditional spacious house in pretty village

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

In a magical place in the green heart of France, this architecturally built villa is located in a picturesque valley on the edge of the river with plenty of privacy. The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. The glass facade gives a fantastic view over the valley. Baker and grocery store in the village. To relax, this is the place!

Fully renovated workshop in a small hamlet in the heart of the countryside, on the border between Charente and Limousin. The accommodation has a kitchen with a gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The living room features a large sofa, a TV, and books and magazines. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed, and there is an attic room with a 90 cm bed (not suitable for a young child) Fully enclosed garden, living room and table
