It is 3 km from Santos Dumont airport, 280 m from the Largo do Machado subway station (exit B), with one of the tourist spots at the end of the street: the Sugarloaf Mountain. Feel at home with a sofa with an articulated bed, a suspended double bed, a TV with series and movies, automated lights with Alexa, a coffee corner, a kitchen, a washing machine, a home office and a bathroom.

Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

It is a 5-minute walk to the bustle of General Glicério (it is a slope, consider if you have mobility problems) with its cafes, bistros, pizzerias; 7 minutes to Rua das Laranjeiras, with transport to the entire city. On Saturdays, the famous Fair of General Glicério, with handicraft stands and Wheel of Chorinho.

The place is the penthouse (inside my house) and the space has no walls, it is a loft. See the pictures in order to understand. The view is amazing, to the corcovado's Mountain.
