The Bamboo House is a great place for a family getaway or small group of friends. Very private with a lovely garden, and filtered water views. The lounge room in the morning was beautifully sunny! Anita was very helpful with excellent instructions our stay. Corner shops nearby and a short drive to lakes and beaches.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning design and every comfort you could ask for. The pool area is a true highlight – it’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It’s such a tranquil and relaxing getaway, ideal for recharging and escaping the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and beautiful retreat!

Our family loved staying here. Great sized house and yard. Lots of things to do in area. Air cons were icy cold👍🏻. Only downfall was the road is very busy and hard to get in and out of driveway due to so much traffic. Wouldn’t stop us staying again though. Thanks Monique

Booked as accommodation for a friends wedding at Stanley Park. Was a great for a few couples, had a very comfortable, family holiday house feel. Well stocked kitchen and BBQ. A great stay!

Highest recommendation possible for Armando & his gorgeous home. We had issues with another airbnb & Armando was very understanding & accommodating last minute. Our teens were surprised & delighted to find A had left some chocolate bars for our arrival, a thoughtful treat after our holiday disruption. The peaceful and well thought out gardens, complete with water feature & large goldfish really are amazing. The home & beds are very comfortable, tastefully decorated. The ducted air conditioning made the difference in the heat, with sleeping and during the day when we were resting after being out at the beaches, shopping 5 mins up the road at Westfield Kotara, op shopping at various vintage 2nd hand stores, finding bubble tea or visiting Taronga Zoo in Sydney. There's so much to do and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Having 2 showers with toilets & a bath is always helpful. This home truly is amazing, as is Armando. Grab some cooking oil, your food & luggage & enjoy this home!

Our family has been visiting the central coast 8 x a year 2x nights at a time, we normally stay in motels and can not bring our dog, this time we stayed at Robbie's. I was hoping for some space to just relax and be with family and to cook our own meals. Robbie's home was just perfect for this, even my teens complimented the home and enjoyed their stay. Robbie's home looks beautiful in the description and photos, but on arrival you will be pleasantly surprised that it is even nicer in person. Thankyou for the thought and effort you go to to maintain and provide such a beautiful home for others to stay at.

Such a beautiful big house. Just like the photos. Pool was amazing - beds were comfy The only thing was there weren’t that many utensils like forks and plates and cups. other than that it was amazing!!!

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

We had a great stay at Caves Beach - the apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed for our brief stay. There was plenty of space for 3 couples, and despite some average weather, we enjoyed using the balcony which had some awesome views. It was in walking distance to the beach, and we were so appreciative of Donna for accommodating our additional request needs! Thank you! The only suggestions I can make for future guests stays would be cleanliness - There was sand in the main bathroom, and the sofa had quite a few stains, as well as the carpets. I know these things happen over time with airbnb's, so it didnt affect our stay, but would suggest a deep clean!

We had a very comfortable stay at Jonathan’s place. The unit is modern, very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, in the kitchen we found more than just the basics (coffee, oil, spices, etc., which was much appreciated since some Airbnb accommodations do not have these basics). The sound and view of the ocean adds to the atmosphere and further helps a good, restorative sleep. Jonathan is a great host - excellent communication and ready to help with whatever we needed. All in all, an excellent experience, we will return if we will visit the area again!! Thank you, Jonathan!!

Great spot close to restaurants, forshore and pub. Clean and comfortable studio. Bed was comfortable too. Nice balcony with peaceful view. Bernadette was helpful and made things easy. Thanks again.

We had an amazing stay at Steve's place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the local attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome chocolate and local recommendations. The communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we would love to stay here again!

Bianca's apartment was gorgeous. It had everything we needed plus! The mood created with decorative lamps, plants and luxurious fabrics was warm and inviting. The bed and linen, beautiful to look at and sleeping was a dream. We really enjoyed the privacy of the balcony, it was like another room of the apartment. Comfortable and again lots of plants and special fabrics and cushions. We walked everywhere, watched huge container ships coming into the port. Lots to see, beaches, historical buildings and lots of areas to walk or ride along. Restaurants & coffee shops and of course, unique boutiques and retro shops to explore. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was very close to Mona Vale Beach. Not far from the bus to the city or Manly. Close to Mona Vale shops.

Fantastic stay at Connie’s apartment. There were clear instructions as to entry and car parking and entry to the apartment was via the lift from the basement car park. Everything in the apartment was perfect for us with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, and full facilities. Lovely private outdoor area with a relaxed ambiance. Certainly the best Airbnb we have stayed in and worth every penny!

wonderful one bedroom flat below the house with a separate entrance, there's a steep driveway to lug your cases up but well worth the climb! It's a clutter free space, everything you need including beach sarongs and an umbrella. there's a full booklet with so much useful information on the area, things to do restaurants etc, air con & fans a gas bbq and a view over whale beach, what more can one want. love to return, thank you Emily & family for making our stay so enjoyable.

Overall, a good place with wonderful views of Broken Bay and the Pacific Ocean, and West St Umina. The place is tucked away in the hills area, so you will need a car or put yourself on the bus which stops outside. The property is located down a steep driveway. Inside it has sunken downstairs bedrooms and above is a well appointed and stocked kitchen and lounge area. The shower is great for couples who like different temperature with its dual nozzle system. Bedding is comfortable. Tip for new stayers, there is a second oil heater behind the wood heater which we discovered on checkout. Paul is a supportive host that offers flexibility.

What a beautiful elegant place to stay. Lovely proportions and layout inside , it has a wonderful balcony . We loved the amazing views and the lookout at canopy level . The west facing aspect is to die for. Pleasant walk down to the hotel restaurant so easy to get evening meals and breakfast on the resort . Brilliant escape for a short or long stay in the Hunter valley . Sad to leave , can’t wait to be back

Spent a fantastic 10 days here so much nearby. Don’t be put off by a quirky apartment it’s very comfortable & affordable. Beach/ocean pool (5 mins) 3x great cafes (7mins). The Mona Social (12min) has great cocktails & best views plus Guinness on tap! The golf club downstairs is also fantastic. The Mona hotel (10min) also Coles & HFM next door. We didn’t cook much (merely assemble snacks) though you could easily do this. Coffee Brothers in Darley St busy but worth it. The Newport 10min drive and definitely worth it. We also jumped on a bus (on main Rd) and headed to Fat Pomelo at Narrabeen but book early as is booked every night. This whole area is busy over wknds so get out early to enjoy the best spots. Weekdays are wonderful beach is still patrolled and ocean pool quieter. Yes the unit is a little older but we used the ceiling fans with doors open as no AC or cross breeze but complex has its own pool to use. Overall loved our stay. Thanks Brooke.
