Situata nella piazza principale di Miranda, “L’Affaccio” è una casa su due piani completamente ristrutturata, che conserva l'autenticità tipica dei borghi Molisani. Offre tre camere da letto, due bagni moderni, cucina attrezzata, sala TV con divano letto, Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, cassaforte, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, spazio esterno e due posti auto. A pochi passi da bar, minimarket e trattoria, è perfetta per chi cerca autenticità, comfort e tranquillità. Animali di piccola taglia ammessi.

This antique, tiny, cozy and calm little house, belonged - indeed - to zia Maddalena, has been totally renewed and it's located at around one-hundred meters form the historic center of the wonderful village of Civitanova del Sannio. It is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a day-bed, a smaller bedroom with a one-place bed and a bathroom with a shower. Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Stunning cottage surrounded by nature

Located 6 km from the center of Agnone, near the 'Ancient Copper Foundries' and the 'Cascate del Verrino', this beautiful country house is part of a large property located in the GREEN wonderful nature of Up per Molise, next to a river and inside a beautiful wood. It can accommodate six people, with EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire property and the pool. Your pets are welcome. In the property there are cats. The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.

Ad appena 2 km dal centro cittadino di Busso e a 10 km da Campobasso, si trova ad circa 10 minuti di auto dell'Ospedale Cardarelli e Gemelli Molise. E' situato in posizione strategica dai principali luoghi turistici della zona: Campitello Matese, Frosolone, Sepino, Guardiaregia, Roccamandolfi… Tutti facilmente raggiungibili!

L'alloggio dista 1 km. dalla sede Unimol di Pesche, 3 km. dalla città di Isernia, raggiungibile in soli 3 minuti di auto, oppure con circolare urbana. Per gli appassionati della neve, dista 40 min. da Roccaraso, 25 min. da Campitello, 35 min. da Capracotta. Possibilità di rimessa per gli sci. Possibilità di parcheggio nello spiazzale posteriore (capienza 2 auto). Ulteriore parcheggio auto anche a 150 m.
