The house is perfect, the garden and outdoor areas are beautiful. Our favorite part was the living and dining room in the Palapa, we spent a lot of time there while our furry friends enjoyed the garden. An important detail to highlight is that the property has a double fence which makes the place safer for pets. It has all the equipment and very special details to spend a pleasant stay (enough towels🙌, courtesy coffee, pillows, cushions, bedspreads, etc). The pool and Jacuzzi are at a perfect temperature. The only thing I can complain about is that we only stayed a few days, but we'll definitely book Casa Coati again. I also want to comment that Rodrigo is a very empathetic and kind host, supporting us at all times.

Highly recommended accommodation!! Rebeca is always attentive and quick to respond with instant solutions. The house is very clean, tidy, with a great energy! The water temperature in the pool is excellent, clean and in good condition. The spectacular gardens, I think the house is much prettier than what you see in the photos, a great view. Mr. Joaquín's service is unbeatable, very attentive, kind and helpful, always on the lookout for everything. Thank you and congratulations on everything, I hope to return soon!!

Both Carlos and Jorge were very kind and attentive to us, they were attentive from before we arrived and when we left, they gave us good recommendations to leave the house and showed us how the house works. The house is amazing! It has a pool with a super cool waterfall, ideal for spending the day there relaxing with friends or family. The lighting is really well thought out, it makes everything look really cool, whether it's day or night. The subdivision is super quiet, zero noise, so you can rest comfortably. In general, everything was luxurious, we had a great time and we would definitely come back.

It was a family weekend, the managers Don Félix, Doña Benita and their daughters treated us as if we were family. The place is amazing. I went with my children and nephews and they enjoyed the pool. We had very hot days and they did us the favor of giving us more fans. The house is beautiful, the garden is a dream. Each room has its own charm and privacy. The kitchen is spacious and the living room is very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast room overlooking the garden, so I could see my children play and spend one of the most incredible weekends of our stay in Mexico. Communication with Mrs. Pia was amazing and fast. Even before I got to the house to plan the trip with her, I was too dependent. My children describe the house as a fairy world (they say they saw some dancing in the garden) Highly recommended!

The place is very quiet and with great space to be with the family, in our case with small dogs, the cleanliness is impeccable and I imagine they smoke frequently because we did not see insects typical of the area, only the classic mosquitoes and ants that are not a problem in themselves, it is very convenient that two of the rooms have air conditioning which makes rest not a problem even in a time of intense heat, there is a self-service shop a few meters away which is very convenient to buy food, ice or almost anything, they were always attentive to any doubt and always very friendly with us, certainly a place to return. Great experience in every way

Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a base of them), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

I went as a family with my mom, dad and brother for just one night. The accommodation is exactly as advertised. The pool was at room temperature, but in this heat, it was really nice, it wasn't cold. Very comfortable beds, living room, kitchen. The apartment is small but has everything. We didn't use the Jacuzzi due to time constraints, but it looked clean and has an incredible view. We were on the terrace talking and having a very pleasant day. Aurora's recommendations were incredible, even to go and leave "errands" and not have to leave the Cluster. I recommend you put the location as "Residencial Club Nautico Teques", because if you put the other location it sends you somewhere else. We all ended up happy with this accommodation

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great, I would choose it again without a doubt.
