Welcome to Morelia! The city of the pink quarry and one of Mexico's architectural gems. Our loft studio is located in the heart of the Historic Center. We really like our neighbors: the garden and Conservatory of Las Rosas, the monumental Cathedral, the Clavijero Culture Center, Avenida Madero and the traditional portals that surround the Plaza de Armas. Visiting Morelia is a gastronomic, cultural, and recreational experience that is never forgotten. We're excited to be a part of it!

Close to the fun; you'll enjoy a comfortable stay discovering the great details that this beautiful space offers you. It has a strategic location that will allow you quick access to restaurants, cinemas, cafes, shopping malls, department stores and nightlife, in the best connected area of the city. Two blocks from major avenues and just 10 minutes from downtown. If you've come by car, you can leave it on the sidewalk as some neighbors do.

The Loft has a king size bed (good mattress), 43" TV, closet, living room and kitchenette with induction grill, WIFI (60MEGAS), kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, cutlery, everything to prepare your food. The bathroom has: -2 Towels. -Liquid soap. -Shampoo. The room has a balcony that allows good ventilation and has a VIEW OF THE CATHEDRAL. The bathroom, kitchenette, living room, and bed are PRIVATE (not shared with anyone).

You'll be close to restaurants, shopping and financial centers, and just 10 minutes away from the historic center. The apartment is new and has 3 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, and parking for 1 car. You'll have internet. We have a Nikken water filter (alkaline)
