We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!

Conveniently located near Down Town Glens Falls, Glens Falls Hospital, The Wood Theater and Cool Insurance Arena. 15 Minutes South of Lake George Village and 15 Minutes North of Saratoga. There is a bus stop just outside the doorstep and trolly during the summer.
