Also at the door of the building is the taxi stand. A 5 minute walk is Vinateros metro station. Behind the building is a pedestrian area with bars and terraces ideal for drinks and toys for children. Additionally there is a park within a 5-minute walk.

Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport.
