Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance of Mataelpino, a small town shared with Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen, and dining room that is heated in winter with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a mobile electric radiator. In summer it is very cool as it is largely built into the rock. The apartment has an independent and exclusive garden area that is fenced where there is a barbecue, a table and chairs and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature with many paths and routes to walk and disconnect. We'll be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible and available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

Loft para alquiler de uso temporal, junto al Parque Nacional Sierra del Guadarrama. Situado en la planta baja de nuestra vivienda independiente. Dispone de cocina equipada, wifi por fibra (600 Mb), Smart TV, salón-dormitorio, climatización por bomba de calor, chimenea, jardín y barbacoa. Piscina compartida con los propietarios y otro alojamiento temporal para dos personas. A 45 km de Madrid, con excelente acceso en coche y autobús. Próximo a supermercados, hospital, colegios y servicios.

Pequeña Suite con acceso AUTÓNOMO. Dispone de baño y zona de office de cortesía. Espacio funcional en nuestra residencia principal, ideal para la sierra. Al estar integrada en la finca, el exterior es compartido y de paso para otros residentes. Aparcamiento: Disponible en el exterior. Por respeto a la convivencia, estacione siempre en el lateral de nuestra vivienda. Por favor, no aparque en la acera de enfrente, ya que es el espacio que utilizan habitualmente nuestros vecinos.

The accommodation is a small house, made with mostly ecological materials and lovingly furnished and decorated to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The little house is inside our garden, but it is totally independent. The plot has direct views of the Guadarrama National Park and is a very quiet place of spectacular beauty. It is a 5-minute drive from La Pedriza, 20 minutes from Puerto de Navacerrada and 35 minutes from Plaza de Castilla (Madrid)

It is a guest house located within the plot where the owners' house is. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The garden, barbecue and pool are for the common use of guests and owners, but we respect the privacy of our tenants. For work reasons we are practically not at home throughout the day. Inside the house you CANNOT smoke and pets are NOT accepted without previously consulting with the owners

It has a terrace, 800 m2 garden, outdoor tables and chairs, and a 30m zip line. If the weather is right, there is a pool in June-October. Enjoy!

Esencia de Maryvan is a charming country house located in the urban area of the town of El Vellón. Composed of two floors with independent access to each of them. The house will be rented in full. Check the number of people. Enjoy the large outdoor spaces such as the garden, barbecue, pool and large outdoor lounge. The house is located just 47 km from Madrid. You can also enjoy a relaxing stay and environment during your stay.
