Holiday houses in Lynchburg

Tim was a wonderful host that was very responsive and helpful with any requests or questions that I had. Location was perfect for what my sisters and I needed and overall a very cute southern charm Home.

A great place with lots of space in a perfect location! Ample parking in the private drive, and the fire pit at night was wonderful during the time of year during our stay Being such a small town, even being surrounded by neighbors, it’s super peaceful at night. The town Square is literally across the creek with a pedestrian bridge so you can walk over. Jack Daniels is also very much within walking distance. Inside the house is cozy, but huge at the same time. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip down!

We’ve stayed at Joanna’s several times now. We absolutely love the house and the location. Joanne is a fantastic host. We’re glad we found her and her home.

This was our first vacation this year and we loved it we didn’t want to leave. We wish the weather was better but we made the best of it and enjoyed the outside with smears, Patel boating and just sitting on the dock. Love the kitchen fridge didn’t get that cold tho but we love the space and we cooked several days we was there definitely had friends and family reach out and will definitely refer them we give it a 10/10

The ambiance and peacefulness added to the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and outdoor fireplace. This was our second time staying-first time with Holly as the owner. We plan on being back as soon as possible. Definitely recommend at least three nights there. Holly made the reservation easy-responsive-and very friendly in the process. 🙂🚗🙂

If you’re looking for heaven on earth, we found it here at “Ivy Hill” located in the center of a cove along Hurricane Creek. The unobstructed wide open panoramic views are majestic. You won’t see another home as you sit in your rockin chair or swing on the newly redone porch. Always a breeze from the lake or porch fans. The provided gas grill and fire pit made for relaxing outdoor evenings. Fishing from the dock brought us many species including Bass, Stripers and Catfish. We saw many Gar swimming around the dock. It was too early in the season for swimming but the location of the dock in the cove is perfect! Enjoyed watching the various birds including migratory Willets, Geese, and Purple Martins. “Lake Life” is about the lake & being outside, but I’d be amiss if I didn’t mention the attention to detail inside the cabin as well. Our family of 5 loved this get away! This home was tucked away in the woods with quick access to the lake for fishing. Spending time on the screened in patio was amazing with the hot tub and fireplaces 🥰

Flossie's country cottage was just what we were looking for while in the area for a family visit. The farmhouse is charming and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for family meals around the large dining room table. Everything about our 2 night stay was perfect and we will be rebooking for future visits I'm certain. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Hands down our favorite Airbnb so far!
