Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

Large & Sunny Apartment Boscombe, Bournemouth

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

A quirky 1 bedroom suite in an old 1880s cottage. Guests have the use of a shower room, living room with sofa bed and spiral staircase to a double bedroom, all with air conditioning. Off street parking and a rear courtyard garden. The property is a 1 minute walk from Winton shopping centre and town bus routes. A 5 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth and beaches. A great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a quick bus ride or drive to the centre of town.

There is on street parking available on neighbouring roads and there is a bus stop directly outside the apartment. Alternatively, taxis are continuously passing by. (A taxi to Bournemouth centre is less than £10 in the day.)

Pop up table and stools for dining, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. Located very centrally with a Co-op at end of the road with a bus stop going direct to town center perfect transport links, adjacent to heath and forest area, lots of parking and space. New paint and refresh as of Dec 2024

My little garden room offers a comfortable double bedroom with en suite facilities. The suite is a private detached garden lodge. I have off road parking and am situated close to the airport. Lovely walks along the River Stour and just a short drive to the beaches of Bournemouth and the beautiful New Forest with a bus stop just moments away.
